I’m sure the techs may be great based on the reviews but never got further than the initial point person, Doug.

Called him at the beginning of the week and was given the run around all the way through Saturday. Gave up half the week to stay at home and wait for a tech with last minute or no updates on rescheduling issues.

The tech that was scheduled yesterday hurt his back which is understandable but we were told he was back on the job today and waited for him to come “just after lunch” today. Ultimately ended up being screamed at by Doug for telling him I’m coming here to review because there were no solutions from him and we’re now mid afternoon, no ETA updates and nothing concrete as far as true timing, while I’m doing the follow up. He suggested we text him when we’re on our way back home. My instinct is not to rush home to experience the same issue and we’re not your friends, we’re booking a service, why can’t we schedule a time and stick to it.

When I say screamed at, no one should be yelled at like that, so this absolutely needs to be documented here.

Also my first Google review of any kind for any business, so that should tell you plenty. Spend your efforts looking for a reliable company so you don’t end up on here as well.

Amanda was really quick to address issues we discovered with our HVAC (water leaks around furnace and from a nearby pipe, error message on the humidifier) and got everything in working order quickly. When my furnace went out during the coldest month of the year, I contacted numerous businesses to fix my furnace. Altitude Comfort was the first place to answer my call as well as schedule a professional to come to my house to look at my furnace. The entire experience working with them was pleasant from the nice, professional, and courteous man on the phone to the technician who came to my house, Amanda. Amanda was able to diagnose the problem and get my furnace working again. She was pleasant to work with and very professional as well. I will definitely use Altitude Comfort again when the need arises.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with Altitude Comfort Heating and Air. They were quick to respond when our A/C stopped working and sent Amanda to help us out the next day. Needless to say, she was amazing. She quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get parts and then had everything working in less than 2 hours. She also cleaned out the outdoor unit for us which was causing problems as well. I can't say enough how professional, knowledgeable and polite she was. It was a pleasure meeting her and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely use them again in the future with all of our HVAC needs.

Thank you for your quick, thorough and price-competitive service I received today from Altitude Comfort! I called this morning for an appointment to repair my broken A/C, and they sent one of their senior technicians, Isaac, within a few hours. Isaac walked me through the diagnostics, explained what parts I needed, and had the parts on his truck ready to install. He showed me the pricing and worked efficiently to replace the parts I needed. He checked both air filters for me and replaced them. He advised me about regular maintenance to keep my equipment running smoothly. The prices were better than the previous quote I had received from another local A/C repair company. I will definitely recommend Altitude and Isaac to my neighbors and friends! Thank you again.

I needed my furnace repaired and a friend of mine at work recommended I call Altitude Comfort first. So glad I did as it became obvious pretty quickly why they have so many great reviews.

I called at almost 11pm and a real person answered the phone. Robin was very cheerful even tho it was late, and she scheduled an appointment for me early in the morning. Jose was my technician and he is amazing! He really put me at ease and it turned out to be a pretty minor repair. Very grateful to have found a heating and air company I can be totally comfortable with. Very very happy with the service I received!!!

I had a great experience with Altitude! After calling several companies, Altitude was the only company that could come out within 24 hours. When we scheduled, I was given a time, 9 am, not a window. The serviceman showed up promptly as scheduled and was friendly and communicative. He did some experimenting to determine if the issue could be fixed, rather than the unit being replaced. I appreciated trying to do the lower cost fix first. In the end, he could not fix the issue and had to replace the AC unit. To accomplish this, he and two others who joined him, worked until 9 pm to finish the job. I love this attitude of work until it is done! In the meantime, headquarters was communicating with me as well about needed info like pricing. This companies replacement cost was considerably lower than another company quoted me. Overall, the service was great and our house is pleasantly cooled.

The Altitude team was amazing to work with. Doug was so helpful and friendly and the install team did an excellent job. After getting 4 quotes, we went with this company because it was so affordable but are so relieved we picked them because we had an amazing experience and were finally able to have a decent night sleep.
