Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair

I am so incredibly disappointed by this company. After reading all of the great reviews, I have used Absolute twice now. The first time I had no problems. The second time was a complete disaster. The tech did not show up during the scheduled service window. I called and asked for a status update. I was told that they would reach out to the tech and the tech's manager then get back to me. That never happened. I called later that evening asking for management to call me and tell me what was going on. That never happened. I called back the next day and asked for the same. I was told once again that someone would contact the tech and the tech's manager. At this point, we're just going in circle with no resolution. I gave up, cancelled 2 upcoming service appointments for rental properties, and requested a refund for the annual service package they offer.

My interactions with them were excellent. They arrived at my house an hour after I called to report that my thermostat was broken. Within an hour, they had installed a new thermostat after swiftly diagnosing the issue. They were competent and kind. They checked the Wi-Fi connection and took their time going over the new thermostat's instructions. They were really helpful and professional.

Great job guys for installing my new A/C and furnace fast, and efficiently. Guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and arrived on time. The comfort advisor and tackling the warranty claim was great. Great job all around -- I recommend Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair.

This business is fantastic, in my opinion. They are extremely competent and good at what they do. Anytime I could, I would suggest them.

Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair was a lifesaver for me when my AC suddenly stopped working. I called first thing Friday morning, and had an appointment for the afternoon. They informed me there was a technician nearby who could come earlier, and he arrived momentarily. He was fantastic! He was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He took his time, made sure I was content with the work. I highly recommend this company!

Great first time experience! Had a problem, Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair addressed it the same day with a new part the following day. They kept me in the loop as to what they were doing, they covered the floors with tarps to protect my floors and were extremely kind. They too treated me like family. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I know that they will always have my business.

This place is completely unprofessional. If you have a residential job, they will not show up for your appointment and say "The technician was held up on a commercial job". They just keep pushing your appointment our further and further. Save yourself the angst and book with someone else. This is abominable.

I found that Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair had the most knowledge team representing their company and the product. I had a new furnace and Air conditioning system installed. Every question I had was answered completely I knew what to expect before the technicians even arrived at my home. The technicians were the most knowledge, polite and kept me updated and the work. I recommend them over anyone.

Harold and his crew were great to work with. Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning Repair was referred to me by my brother who had utilized their service and was happy. They were indeed great to work with and they did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioner and even took time and checked my furnace as well. I would highly recommend using them for any heating and cooling needs.
