I will, definitely, use Winterrowd again! All the people I worked with were great…..polite, friendly, cleaned up after the installation! Everything was thoroughly explained to me. I, also, use them for my yearly maintenance service. They are more thorough than the prior company I used!

I made the appt to get my heater serviced for the upcoming winter season. It had been a couple years since the last cleaning.
Winterowd H & AC had a very reasonable price. Norris came out. He was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He cleaned everything, changed the filter, checked my furnace out, and made sure everything worked... no issues and it fired right up.
Would recommend. Even helped my neighbor get set up with a heater service at the same time, since he was already there.

We hired Winterrowd HVAC to replace our aging furnace and AC system. Rodd was very helpful during the estimate process to ensure that he estimated for a system that would meet our needs, and his estimate was very fair. I had 5 different estimates for AC units from other "leading" HVAC companies that had great reviews. They all had the same "MODEL" of a sales pitch making it seem like I was getting a DEAL and humidifiers, coils, etc.. were "DISCOUNTED" to make it "affordable". Winterrowd smashed the next lowest bidder by $1,500 dollars! How the HELL can that be???? ANSWER: Rod is an HONEST businessman and his professional experience and character must be his compass that ultimately shapes his business practice and ethics. In a time when "BECAUSE OF COVID" is the standard BULLS##T answer for why price gauging takes places, Rod doesn't allow GREED to influence his ability to earn a fair wage and provide his customers with quality work resulting in a WIN WIN scenario. Any choice other than Winterrowd would be a mistake! Rod exemplifies the small business man that treats his customers with respect and honesty. His crew was second to NONE with friendly professional service. I would HIGHLY recommend Winterrowd Heating and AC for ALL your HVAC needs!!!!!!

Rodd and his team are wonderful! They follow through from the get-go to the end and make sure the customer is completely taken care of while providing professionalism and being trustworthy. They installed a boiler for me and had to contend with bad weather, but did not let that slow them down. Rodd even followed through with the inspection making sure I had everything in place for a successful passing of inspection. They are top-notch and I would recommend them to everyone I know!
