I highly recommend Winterrowd Heating & Air Conditioning. The whole process, from getting the quote to installation, was very easy and quick! Winterrowd installed a new air conditioner and humidifier for our home. Rodd was very informative about the different units we could install in our home. He took the time to answer all of the questions we had. Within a few days of receiving the quote, we had our new A/C and humidifier installed. The guys that came out to do the install were very professional and respectful of our home and myself. I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home and would have them back to do any kind of maintenance or repair.

Rodd and his team were very diligent in getting our heat back into our home. The boiler system we had was as old as our house and the parts to fix it just weren't available. Even after the installation was complete, we were having some issues/concerns and Rodd came back out to walk us through the concerns until we were comfortable with the operation of the new system.

I used Winterrowd to have my furnace replaced. I worked with both Rodd and James. They were both so professional and nice, they definitely put me at ease as a homeowner. Rodd helped me with the quote and walked me through the entire process. He was quick and answered all of my questions. James did the install and was efficient and tidy. Even though getting a furnace replaced can be stressful, they made it easy and I will be using them in the future.
