I called Winterrowd after getting a quote from another company to repair the heating units at my company. James came out to diagnose the issue. He gave me a much lower quote and came out within the week to do the repairs. James showed me pictures of what needed to be fixed and pictures of what he fixed. There were no hidden costs. I will definitely call again not only for my company but for my home needs as well.

Winterrowd Hearing and Air replaced my thermostat and put in a new furnace. The technician gave me the option of repairing the old unit and told me what that cost would be but I wanted to go ahead and get a new furnace. They helped advise me on the best system but did not pressure me.
