I called Aaron he told me he could come at 3:00 so I set the appointment up then he called me and said he could come early when Aaron and helper came they had excellent customer service so very friendly he explained what was wrong with my water heater I will use him again he is very helpful he showed me how to light an electric water heater instead of just lighting it he went the extra mile and blew out the bottom and screen I will use them again I know the work will be done right the first time

Jason Morton was the plumber and relative to the owner Aaron Morton, sent to perform services in our home. He was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Zero workmanship, left a mess and shoddy work that required paying for a different plumber to redo the job. Pikes Peak Mechanical two thumbs down.

Beware! The Mortons were contracted by my property manager to replace the hot water heater. During the COVID-19 pandemic, neither technician (which included one of the owners) wore face masks nor did they ask if they should. Both wore their shoes on the carpet in the house even after watching me take mine off to go inside.
When asked about it they became loud, confrontational, borderline threatening and would not hold a professional conversation. Abruptly Mr Morton ended the conversation with what sounded like an expletive after I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone or raising his voice
