Good troubleshooting but the repairs estimate was nearly 4 times higher than the competition. Highly recommend never using for repairs and find a better company that won’t gouge you !
Billy is a wonderful technician. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. From the moment my call was answered, I knew that this was a company that I could put my trust in. We received a through assessment and have an appointment for a full replacement evaluation and quote. So far, they've earned my business depending of further costs. I will give an updated review at that time, but I undoubtedly recommend them for any service needs.
We had a mini split system installed in March 2023, along with quite a few other projects going on at the same time. Their electrician removed 2 of the wall heaters off the circuit breaker and never routed it back. So our bathroom and laundry room had no heat source. We asked Peak about it multiple times. I first got no calls back and then they claimed our own electrician (who were doing other unrelated projects) must have done something to it. Our electrician came back out and verified no, they never touched it. But he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. I again brought it up with Peak and they again became uncooperative and then unresponsive.
It is really disappointing that we paid over $23,000+ for this new system and they want to blame another company for something they themselves did and then refuse to acknowledge or make right. Super unprofessional when all they would have had to do is send their own electrician out for a simple 10 minute fix.
Billy was polite and informative. His work was thorough. He took his time and did not rush through the maintenance. He was patient with my many questions and was able to show me how my furnace could perform better. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. I feel confident about my furnace's performance now.
On Monday Ian Mott came to inspect the newly installed furnace and explained the features. He also installed a new thermostat for the unit. He was efficient, in his job and was finished with everything in a short amount of time. Well done Ian and thanks 😊.

We scheduled a yearly inspection of our water heater. Technician was on time and very professional and took the time to explain what he saw and doing. The company was very responsive to all communications. We feel comfortable now placing them in our trusted companies list to use for our homes service and repair needs.
We woke up on a zero degree morning and furnace wouldn’t run. I called Peak and the technician arrived sooner than was expected. Josh was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Our only complaint was the charge seemed a bit high ( price is set by the business not the technician).
Billy was outstanding. Very professional and explained in detail. Walked me through some things I can do to help until the next maintenance cycle. Definitely will use them going forward.
Christian was wonderful he listened to everything I had to say he told me everything that was going on and he sent me pictures and I couldn’t ask for more so I will be using Peak as my new HVAC company. Thank you so much.
