Mitchell Heating and Cooling

Very happy with Mitchell HVAC. They installed my furnace during construction and the A/C last summer. Sorely disappointed that the technician programmed my AC and heater to run at the same time which incurred a hefty utility bill over the past 4 winter months. However since we identified the problem they covered it under warranty and fixed the issue. Despite the programming error, I will use them again in the future and would definitely recommend to my friends.

Our furnace stopped working in the night. An early call to Mitchell Heating got a service technician out to our home by 9:30 in the morning. Great response on a cold morning. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. He doubled checked the furnace settings and was gone. Great technician.
The whole problem could have been avoided if the Mitchell Heating installation technician would have been more careful when they did the installation. PVC shavings has clogged the condensation drain and prevented the furnace from starting. This was the second service call to fix an installation problem.
Service technician are great, installation technician need a little more training.

The team arrived promptly and gave a thorough run down of the service they were going to execute. The team was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional while conducting thorough and detailed work that left us with significant customer satisfaction. Chris offered detailed answers and explanations to all my questions regarding the application of preventative maintenance and how to best implement safeguard measures for our home’s energy program. Had Mitchell install Halo-Remy UV system and electrostatic furnace filter.
Office staff, estimator and service folks were exceptional in their performance. Quick and clean install.

Shortly after, my whole house humidifier (previously installed by another
Company} stopped working. Called Mitchell to make sure all wiring was connected during filter install. They promptly sent Collen to troubleshoot my issue.

He found the problem was not related to previous install and could have left it at that. Instead he voluntarily tracked down the problem and took care of it, and was most gracious in doing it at no additional charge.

First time in many years have i had a service industry go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Would highly recommend you give these folks a chance to solve your problems.

I have had a very positive experience with Mitchell Heating! The furnace fan in my new home was set to run continuously, and a technician came to fix it. While he was here, he tested for carbon monoxide and taught me how to use the advanced features on the thermostat. Everyone at the company is friendly and professional!

We've had three experiences with Mitchell Heating. First, they set up our furnace system to get us started when our house was built in 2016 - we have had no issues with it. Next, we had them out to install a whole house humidifier - they did a fabulous job, and we LOVE it. Lastly, we just had them install an A/C unit that works nicely in conjunction with the furnace and humidifier (with a super-cool wifi-enabled color touch screen controller). In all cases, they showed up on time, the cost was very fair, they were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier, and I would recommend this company based on our experiences.

Rick from Mitchell was very professional. He showed up early, walked me through all the items he checked, cleaned my furnace surfaces/wiring and sent me the online invoice the same afternoon. I was very impressed and plan to keep Mitchell Heating as my go-to furnace and A/C professionals.

We have air now thanks to Mitchell Heating!!! The whole crew did a great job, was professional and fast. It took about 2 weeks from the initial consultation to install. Our quality of life just improved dramatically, now we can enjoy our house in the summer.

Every experience we’ve had with Mitchell has been positive. Fair price, knowledgeable staff, and professional work. They’ve installed our AC system, a whole house humidifier, and cleaned our AC to open for the season. We’ll continue to use them in the future.

I am not a person to leave reviews but if I save one person from this company, it's worth my time writing this. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Our builder is contracted (sadly) with Michelle heating . Our house is not even a year old yet, and the compressor stopped working. We can deal with that... took them a week to do a service call to diagnose the problem, then another week to order the part. Again, we can deal with that. But we have a seven month old baby, it's been 90 plus for the last week which means it's 85 degrees in my house..
I called to see if they had ANY alternative solutions.. the shop manager called me and here are a FEW of the statements he said..
A.C. is a luxury not a necessity (which he's not wrong, but a luxury I PAID for) , that people have been living without a.c. forever and that we will survive... He mentioned getting a portable ac unit and moving it from room to room and I then asked If this is something they would help pay for due to their product not working and then literally laughed at me and said why would he. Also, our tech that came to our house mentioned getting one from another AC company around town and then ordering them another one and i mentioned that to the manager and he was so rude about it and goes, well you're not going to pay me 1500 to do that so no, i would never do that and processed to tell me hes doing all he is REQUIRED to do... He was so completely rude , these are just a few things he said during our conversation.
