Incredibly fast and efficient service. Our furnace was putting out heat again within 20 minutes.

Sammie Clark is very knowledgeable and thorough. He came to inspect our furnace, gave us options for ways to fix and improve it (without any pressure towards a particular price bracket). He did all the work that needed to be done in one go and showed us things we need to be aware of in future regarding the furnace. Can’t recommend his skills highly enough!

They do not honor VIP members. They have rescheduled over three times each on the day of service. Unprofessional to the highest power. After talking to them on the phone, they hung up because of their poor service.

Customer service appears to be first rate. Got what we had hoped for information, gentlemen looked at all furnaces as we have several. He knows what we need and is working the estimate.

These guys are great! They always do a really good job and usually have really fast timeframes for service. Great customer service! Great team!

We have a contract for three years and Mitchell comes out in the Spring and Fall to set up the air and heat. They come for other minor issues at no charge. Service people are friendly and know their job. Schedulers call with any changes.

Cass with Mitchell Heating and Cooling came out to service our furnace, and she was so professional and friendly! I really enjoyed talking with her and she was very efficient and hardworking. Definitely give them a call next time your home needs servicing!

Cass and Kyle, technicians, arrived on time and were friendly, informative, helpful, and provided helpful tips. I felt very comfortable with them, and they shared many tips for saving money. They took the time to explain how I could prevent any damage to my units. Both technicians were knowledgeable and respectfully shared their expertise.
