I use this company cause my work does and is always constant issues with this vendor. The front desk staff is rude as heck and they act like you inconvenience them, then there's the constant billing issues every single month where they overbill. If you call for tools you will get one price with your company discount, have another guy call from the same company with the same discount and they will give out a different price to them for the exact same tool. My advice? Go with a better supplier! Very frequently do they not have what you need...

the staff are super helpful, and if they don't have what you want, they will recommend where to find it. the problem is they have such a very limited supply. sure they have 30+ sizes to one product, but they'll only have 1 or 2 styles. it's touch and go but if they have what you want, awesome. Always, ALWAYS, call in advance to check stock

Most of the people there are nice and seem to know what's going on. Been coming across quality issues with spiral pipe as of late but they say they are working on it.
