I had a sewer backup a bit and needed someone to come soon, they listed a deal in craigslist to clean out the line, the scheduler was very helpful and they even answered on Easter. Jason J came out the next day and cleared out the block, they are very professional and I'm very thankful they were able to come out. They sent someone to cam the line the next day and Jim A was helpful with some info on replacing the line with a much less expensive method than trenching that can feed a new line between two points, I didn't think I'd be excited about my sewer line but this is good news.

5 stars isn't enough to convey how great Larry Barela was while working in my home. He first came to do my annual plumbing inspection and blew me away with how thorough and comprehensive it was, checking everything from water shutoffs under sinks to testing my water for chlorine and hard solids. He explained everything he was looking at very clearly and let me know exactly what I should have done moving forward. Since a lot of it was not urgent, I only opted to have about half of the suggested work done for now and he put no pressure on me to do more. He was able to come back the very next day and get all the work done, keeping me updated on how everything was going and clearly doing a rock-solid job on everything. He had a great attitude and was super friendly and affable. Heart has a great set of administrative systems so everything is super easy to process payment which is always a nice bonus. Within minutes of him leaving he even got me scheduled for someone to come out to fix the drywall he had to cut out. You can't ask for a better experience than this when it comes to having plumbing work done, and I will definitely be asking for Larry in the future when I get the rest of the suggested work done - and i'm downright looking forward to next year's inspection!
