    Very poor company. Technicien clamied he had serviced my heater within 20 minutes. When he was offering me the service he claimed he was going to take the furnace apart and clean it. After I had agreed to the service he then took a vacuum cleaner out valcuumed a little and said he was done. I had to remind him what he had stated in the agreement. Then the technician would say one thing then get on the phone to talk to someone JD and then change what he had said. It was a constant up sale. Like good cop bad cop. I would like to do this for you but my boss says only if you do this other service. Be careful this is a very very dishonest company. The technician would say you only need this to fix your furnace and when that didn’t work he would say well I thought that would work but now you also need this. This continued until my bill was over $1300.00. I wanted to get this guy out of my house but I needed my furnace for heat. Look elsewhere and don’t call this company unless there is no one left or if you enjoy being taken advantage of. Even though they tell you in the beginning they will warranty their work at the end they tell you yes they will warranty it but only if you pay for it. Not the same statement when they are trying to get your business. They should call their company Happy Pickpocket and not happy heating and cooling.

    My furnace stopped working unexpectedly with a storm approaching the next day. JD came out immediately and fixed my furnace. He also installed an additional CO detector to ensure additional safety while I decide which direction I want to go since my furnace is 30 years old. Thanks for your quick response and professionalism!

    We recently decided to replace our 23-year-old furnace and contracted with Happy Heating and Cooling to do the work. Removal of the old unit and installation of the new one were accomplished in one day. The gentleman who did the work returned the following day for some fine tuning of the duct work and J.D. himself came to the house to QA the project and to ensure it was up to his exacting standards. We are quite pleased with our decision to go with HH&C.

    This business was recently sold to the well-established Smith Plumbing and Heating, and Smith honored the maintenance contract we had purchased from HHC last Fall. HHC also passed along all documents related to equipment installed, to honor stated warranties, and Smith also retained the technician who had serviced our furnace last year. I appreciate that we were not left without support!

    Thank God I finally called Happy Heating & Cooling! Last year end of summer our A/C burned out again after only 14 mos. 3rd unit in 15 yrs. What’s going on? I call company who installed and they say no warranty and want to sell me another. No thanks! After trying a couple of the other guys out there & a few months of frustration I contact HH&C. They send Francisco one of their tech’s. Very nice and very smart guy. He checks my system in & out. Goes further & does diagnostic to verify his suspicions. Then further the owner JD stops by and conducts additional checks and verify’s the problem. Bingo! These guys don’t just want to sell me another A/C to burn out. They want to solve my problem! And they did. Thanks JD

    First I'd like to thank the technician for the thorough examination of the furnace and air conditioner systems in my home for the $49.00 offered by your company. Secondly, I want to express my frustration allowing the technician to replace the "motor start assist" on my Lennox furnace for an additional $208.00 that took approximately 1-minute to install. After researching the part cost after the technician left, I discovered that the part (directly from Lennox) cost right around $25.00. I will not recommend anyone to fall for the same service/repair scam as I did. I seriously do not think that there are that many companies that would take advantage of a customer like this.
    Their moto "If Your Not Happy, I'm Not Happy" is a crock...

    Let me repeat myself, yes the part could be purchased directly from Lennox for approximately $25.00 and yes it did take the technician 1-minute to install the part.
    Secondly, I did send an email directly to your company on the date of the service with no response before I "publically" posted my concerns with others to see days later.
    Consumers BEWARE, when your not happy, this company is making money. Hopefully other disappointed customers will begin posting too.

    I had an emergency going at 3 AM. I killed my thermostat with static electricity. I called Mr. Vigil and he installed a new thermostat. It was fixed promptly. A GMcDee a very satisfied customer.

    Very professional. And very careful and conscientious. They were even careful not to let my chickens out of the yard. That meant a lot to me! Left the work area neater than when they arrived. Great communication. Couldn't have been happier with them.

    Needed to replace a 35 year old heating & cooling system that was on it’s last leg. The folks from Happy Heating & Cooling were veré very professional in taking out the old system and replacing it with a new & more efficient system. Would highly recommend them.
