Furnace World

Our furnace stopped blowing warm air. Furnace World sent Paul over and he looked over everything, figured out the cause, helped us figure out what caused the issue and was very professional and courteous the whole time. Highly recommend!

I’ve used them for my annual service for a number of years. The previous provider left me feeling uneasy and for good reason. The Furnace World technician found some unsafe repairs that had been done and corrected them as he walked me through what had happened and how he was addressing them. This a great company.

They perform a yearly maintenance check of our furnace and air conditioning every year. Their technicians are always on time, friendly and professional.

I was very pleased with the technician and his work. He said my system was in excellent shape. I asked about the hose coming from my compressor that is a bit torn and he said it is OK, but the hose can be replaced. He gave me a quote on having this short piece of hose coming from the compressor and connecting up against my building. I will call soon to have this replaced.

George was professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Everyone was excellent from the professional estimate to the installation. Very competitive with other bids, and didn't try to get me to replace the furnace when I just needed an A/C. I would highly recommend this company.

Christian M was a nice, professional guy who came out to do an AC unit tune-up. While he was here he also answered a quick question about my fireplace and helped me figure out what was going on. He also made recommendations for things I could do to help make my ac unit last longer and work better, which I appreciated. I’ll be using them again for future needs.

I just also want to say that they put in my AC unit last year and did a great job with everything. I appreciated that when they came to give me a quote they didn’t try to over-sell what was needed for my home and for the system I would need. I had other companies come in and tell me that I was going to need a bunch of other things that were going to cost more than twice what I ended up paying. And it works great! I have been very happy with the whole process. It felt honest and fair and they have had great service!!
