Jeff, the owner, came out on a weekend to fix my furnace. He was professional and the service is exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Furnace World has been to our home ones for the furnace (Bob) and just recently for the A/C (George).Both times it has been a very pleasant experience. They take pride, are knowledgeable of their trade and are on time; wonderful work ethic. They really have gone beyond customer service, I have experienced in a long time. When I saw that Furnace World had a 5-star rating I was a little skeptical. However now I know why; they are great! When I called with questions they were very patient and thorough with me. Steve was beyond helpful and gave me some tips to try at home first. I really appreciated the help and will definitely be calling them in the future for my furnace needs!

I've used Furnace World for a few years now and enrolled in their Comfort Club last year. I'm so glad I did. They remind you when service is due on the A/C and furnace. The owner, Lisa, clearly believes in excellent customer service. The technicians are well trained and they take the time to explain everything they are doing, which I really appreciate. Luke just checked my A/C unit and also looked at the furnace itself again even though it had been serviced in the fall. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. I'm very pleased with the work they do.
