Frei Plumbing & Heating

An outside pipe had frozen and we did not know it. We used it and water started flowing into our finished basement from the break. Not being from the area, my husband called a Nationally known plumber company. They gave us a time frame of 5 hours the next day for them to come out and fix it. At the last minute they called and cancelled until the next day. I could not miss a second day of work so I googled local companies and came up with Jazy Frei. The lady I spoke to in the office was very re-assuring and confident they could fix my problem and get my water back on today. The repair guys were at my door within an hour of my initial call and fixed my problem. Tim was to so helpful and informative. They will be the only company I call for plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

Chris and Jazy Frei plumbing came to my home on time as expected. They were extremely courteous and were considerate of my home carpets, doors and everything. My heater went out and they were able to come out to me same day. Thr service I received was incredible, the technician was very knowledgable and friendly as was the dispatcher.

The company had completed a major project for us a couple years ago. It was a positive experience. I had a service completed on our toilet and followed up with the company about part of the fix but my inquiry was never resolved.

I had shared with the plumber during his visit we had just installed new parts a few days before but think they may need to be adjusted because it didn't seem like we installed properly. He ended up purchasing a new part (of the exact part we had) and replaced it and charging us.

I followed up with the owner and his son and to see what their thoughts were about their service plumber not investigating the installation first to see if it could be tweaked and simply replacing it with a new identical part.

The owner and son said they would follow up with the plumber and follow up with us. Never heard back from them.

as a construction professional i recognize when contractors care about what they do and these guys do a great job. the business owner came and met with me at my home and at my rental, and together we formulated a plan to meet my objectives. gas or water they are knowledgeable, and have options ready to go. inexpensive and showed up and completed the work on time.
will use again.

Our heat went out about 10 days ago. We called this company to come tell us what 2as wrong. The repairman discovered the problem and said it was going to be a 400$$ fix that would take at least 45 minutes. When he left to "buy" the part, we researched the part online. The part would only cost 50$$! When he got back we asked to see the receipt. We were told he didn't have it. So we turned around and told him we wouldn't need his services after all. My husband ordered the part online and a few days later had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Be careful with this company! I strongly recommend going with a different company. Be sure to do your research as well. Do not get screwed like we almost did.

I have been using Jazy Frei plumbing for years and have never had a problem until today. We have a huge backup in our house and the best they could do was get someone out here tomorrow. We can't turn on any water backup again. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them and now we can't even get them to come out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

We had a big problem when we tried to turn on our sprinkler system, and needed help Jazy Frei, Came out promptley and did a great job of getting our sprinkler system up and running. We will definatly hire them for any other plumbing job we need done

They replaced one water regulator at a good price and I am glad to come back to them for the second replacement. They are fast and friendly. :-) definitely recommend them.
