Affordable Plumbing, Heat and Electrical

Our water valve in the basement leaking, I just happened to be there soon after it started. I called and Affordable and they were quick to get back to me. The technician was amazing. He walked he through everything he was doing and showed me what to look for in the in future. He was very patient and did a fantastic job.

Stay away from “Affordable” plumbing in Colorado Springs if you need a new water heater. They just charged my 70+ year old parents $3000 to replace theirs. They refused to give them a price breakdown or an itemized receipt. General manager Brahn Shinkle has refused to respond to voicemail or email after another manager gave my sister the runaround on the phone about this ridiculous price gouging.

Paul Ryan is great, he gave a very competitive and affordable estimate for multiple water heater replacements at the property I manage. He installed them quickly and left no mess behind in the apartments. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Affordable HVAC/Plumbing and Paul for all of your outsourced apartment maintenance needs!

I called a little after 7 am Thursday morning and was told someone could come between 10 and 12. Brandon called me before 9:30 and was on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure everything was working perfectly. He fixed the shower problem and was kind enough to do a repair on the sink fixtures as well. I will call Affordable again when I need plumbing help. Thank you so much.

Not Affordable! Would not recommend the plumbing division of this company. I had a reverse osmosis system installed in November 2022 paid close to $7500. The employee did some questionable work on the install. Had this company come back out in May 2023 to fix the issue, but was charged $305 to repair an issue that should've been covered under warranty. Voiced my concerns to your company, but I never got a response.

My furnace went out during a cold snap and they provided great emergency service. Their technician, Steve was very professional and fixed the problem in no time. I was pleased with their great service and reasonable charge for the repair. Overall excellent company.

John Getz is hands down the most professional specialist in his field that I've dealt with. Not only was he punctual, his hospitality and professionalism was amazing. He came out, installed a new A/C system, and replaced my thermostat in record time. It looks incredible, and works incredible as well. By the jobs end, I could honestly say that I couldn't be happier.

Great company! Great prices. They were able to respond to our service call within a few hours. Gage was so friendly, and helpful. And we had our water heater replaced the same day. Definitely recommend!

Awesome company. Got lots of updates on when to expect my plumber. When AC arrived he was professional, funny and very skilled. He did the repair perfectly. Two thumbs up.
