He is a friendly Costa Rican man, knowledgeable, very competent, experienced, astute, makes recommendations that work best in your house, doesn’t try to sell you additional stuff you don’t really need. Communication was timely and clear. Timeliness for appointments was within 30’. They were very considerate of protecting our home, and cleaned up impeccably when done. Jeison was so kind and thorough. When something was going wrong, instead of just saying that we needed a new board, he kept trying different things and ultimately was able to salvage it.
