Jeison was, by far, the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. Most are marginal, at best, with communication and responsiveness. Jeison was responsive to it needs and professional in demeanor. Not to mention, his work is top notch. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC work you need done.

Jeison and the Tico HVAC team did a wonderful job. We had been having issues with our 20 something year old AC and had come to the conclusion it was time to get it replaced. We got quotes from several other companies, some of which wanted much more for the same system, like thousands of $$$ more . Jeison and his team arrived on time, stayed to almost 9 pm to get the job completed, and made sure everything was done correctly. They also made sure to explain what was done, answer all our questions, and address any concerns we had. I will say, since Tico HVAC was a smaller business, I was a bit concerned given the size of the investment I was making but so far everything is great and I will update my review if anything changes. You can tell Jeison loves what he does, is passionate about it, genuinely wants to help his customers and will always do the right thing. I plan to use them for future HVAC needs.

Woke up with snow on the ground and house at 60°. The LED code was for Ignition circuit. TicoHVAC was recommended by a neighbor and responded quickly. They had the heat up and running less than 2 hours after calling me back. They seem like good guys who are making a living helping people. I would definitely recommend them.

Our air conditioner, original 1996 equipment, broke down on one of the hottest days last summer. I waited a while to write a review to see how well the repair worked and it has been working flawlessly now over a year later. When our AC failed to work I called local HVAC companies to see if someone could come and was told it would take weeks. My wife was out walking the dog in the neighborhood and saw a Tico HVAC truck. She called the number and Jeison came over a short while later. I was fully expecting him to recommend I get a whole new system considering the age, but instead he told me that there was one part that needed replacing and he fixed it within an hour. Tico HVAC is a great local business. We had complicated situation where builder did not install line set for AC in our double story home but Jeison figured out the best approach and completed the task. I am very happy with result. Can't recommend him more to you.

Jeison installed a new air conditioner and totally reconfigured the cold air return to the furnace. The old return was not nearly large enough and actually restricted proper air flow. His re-design of our cooling system significantly improved our comfort, especially in our upstairs bedrooms which are the longest runs in our home from the furnace and A/C. Jeison is very particular about how his work functions and looks. We couldn't be more pleased with Jeison's professionalism, knowledge, high quality, fair pricing, neatness, and punctuality. We couldn't have made a better choice for an HVAC contractor!

Jeison installed a new furnace for me last year. The inspector came and said "Wow, he did really good work!" He was nice, on time, tidy, wore a mask because I asked him to, and my furnace works great. For some reason this review didn't post back then. I signed on here today to write another review and saw the old one, not posted yet. Today he came for maintenance on my A/C, and only charged me the regular fee of $75, even though it took him at least 2 hours because it was such a mess!

Working with Jeison at Tico HVAC was excellent! He communicated in a timely manner and was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly. He gave us some helpful tips on how to maintain our HVAC in good condition. He was also super friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and we plan to call Jeison again if we have any issues with our HVAC in the future.
