Sid is an excellent installer, and I honestly wouldn't go with anyone else. He was incredibly professional and took excellent care of my house. He said he would be all done and out by 2:00pm and was done and out by 1:54pm. I'm very happy with the gas furnace and whole home AC unit. My house is colder already!

Sid is amazing. Seriously. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable as an HVAC technician, he’s a wonderful human. He identified a problem with my furnace and was able to get it running again quickly. I called Sanchez Mechanical today as they had been recommended by a co-worker and VERY pleased with their service. Sid came over on time, as promised and thoroughly inspected our AC unit. He was efficient in identifying and diagnosing the issue. He also took pictures and showed me exactly what he was looking at under the AC unit. I would recommend them with no hesitation and appreciate Sid's honesty and knowledge he brings to his business.

Sid was referred to me by my handyman. He came to my house within a few hours of my phone call, looked over my furnace and walked me through how things should and should not be working. He fixed the issue promptly; clearly an expert, and most importantly, with kindness and patience. Mr. Sanchez recently replaced our furnace and AC. Sid is engaging and easy to talk to; he took the time to explain and answer questions with what can be a complicated, confusing and daunting process. He was up front and honest; no pressure sales pitch - in fact he encouraged us to get multiple bids from his competitors. None of the bids came close to Sanchez Mechanical; not in price or comparable equipment.

Bottom line: Sanchez Mechanical has superior Trane equipment at a superior price with superior service. Sid is our go-to guy for our HVAC needs; we recommend him without hesitation.

After several bids from some large HVAC companies around town that came in astronomically high to either repair or replace our AC, my wife suggested we try nextdoor to see if there were any local businesses that weren't all about up-selling and membership plans. I found Sid as several people in our neighborhood and surrounding areas had used him and had great experiences. I called Sid and he was able to come check out our unit within two days and from there he gave his honest opinion and did everything in his power to get us up and running with the lowest cost possible but in the end we needed to replace it. His price was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule within a week. He showed up on time and was in and out in a couple of hours. Several days later, he even called to follow up just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great experience and service, no random up-selling and bs. What I really liked was that he told you up front exactly what you were going to get and exactly how much it was going to cost. I knew we needed a new system (old one was over 40 years old) and I dreaded starting the process of finding a replacement. After seeing Sid's s commercial, we called him, he came out on the weekend to look at our relic system, showed us exactly how it was failing and told us he could do the job on Wednesday.

He arrived on time, took exactly the amount of time he said it would take. Didn't try to upsell us or make any changes. He is unbelievably efficient, he even installed our Nest thermometer for us. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job and got rid of all the old junk. System is working perfectly and this time of year we have had the opportunity to try on both the heat and the AC.

Sid is one of the sweetest, nicest most decent people you will ever have the privilege of working with. We trust him completely and feel incredibly fortunate to have found him.

Sid immediately questioned why I would need a new unit based upon what I told him regarding the cooling of my existing 20 yr old unit. He not only went above and beyond on that initial conversation, but took time out of his busy schedule to come by the next day and verify that I did not need a unit without any charge. Outstanding Experience! After receiving a bid from a big company for a new furnace and air conditioning unit, a friend referred me to Sid Sanchez. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, expertise, and kindness.

Sid is the kind of man that restores your faith in the human race. He came out, provided an estimate (for around half that of the big company's written bid and for a better unit), and installed our unit in a flash.
