Great experience! Great communications with Sid and Freddie did a great job installing a new furnace! Sid was honest enough to quote repairing a 30 year old furnace but it really was ready to die so I went with a new one. No hesitation in recommending Sanchez!

I was having problems with my furnace in a house I just bought in December. Sid brought his experience and professionalism to my home and got me going very quickly. He gave me solid advice on how to move forward. I had been in the HVAC industry to some extent in Iowa as a gas inspector for the city in the early 80's so not new to these kinds of issues. Many things have changed so from this point forward if I need work I will call Sid. He has earned my business.

Very rarely nowadays do you find a reliable and honest business. We were interested in getting a new furnace installed so I called Sanchez Mechanical to get an estimate. I talked to Sid the owner and told him what I wanted and he said he would be over with in the hour. He arrived and after introductions I showed him where the furnace was in the attic. After his inspection he came down and told us we didn’t need a new furnace and that ours should last another 10 years. As a retired couple living on SS that was the best news we could of got. Thank you so much Sid for being a super nice guy and above all an honest businessman.

Right off the bat Sid was great to work with... Before I'd even set up an appointment he tried to help me "save some money" by troubleshooting a couple possible issues with my furnace before coming out. Then, once he did come out, he just ran a quick continuity test on one of my fuses, confirmed that was the problem, and sent me off to Home Depot to replace it myself without charging me a dime. I know he didn't make any money off me this time, but if I ever need real work done in the future Sid will be at the top of my list.

Sid is a life saver! I called him at 7AM on a Saturday morning and he was at my house within 20 minutes! I wasn’t “sold” anything; he simply showed me the problem, got the furnace running and went on his way. He is so honest and trustworthy, the best in the business! Sid, came over on a Saturday morning to help me out with a thermostat that would not turn on. Not only did he come over right away he helped us install a brand new nest we planned to install ourselves. Sid was a great help and very professional! I highly recommend this company for HVAC repair. My AC stopped working about 11:30 in the morning.I texted my name and address to Mr Sanchez per his request. He arrived at my home just before noon and evaluated the problem. He returned to his shop and made the repair that was needed. he returned to my home and installed the new parts. The job was completed before 2:00! My HVAC system is 14yrs old and I was expecting to have to replace it. Mr Sanchez is professional, skilled and honest.

Service at its best! With previous bad experiences dealing with other A/C companies, I was at the point where it was hard for me to place my trust with any of them, however when I called Sanchez Mechanicals, Sid was willing to change that experience into one that was phenomenal and unexpected. He asked what issues we were currently facing, he then said he'd be over in 10 minutes to help uncover the problem in exchange to earn our trust and business.. Not only did he arrive in 10 minutes, he was also willing to explain how the A/C unit works. He certainly gained credibility to go out of his way to explain and arrive in such notice! That's called customer service and he has certainly earned our future business.
