DO NOT USE SANCHEZ MECHANICAL!!!!! I called Sid last weekend to schedule an appt for my air conditioning. He said he could not come until Monday because he was extremely slammed which was understandable. In the meantime, he did some troubleshooting over the phone and even sent a electrician to my home to fix the electrical part of the problem. After that part was fixed the electrician said Sid would be calling me to schedule, which he didn't. So I called him on Tuesday to confirm that he spoke with the electrician and to see when he could come out. He said he did and said that he couldnt make it to my home until Thursday or Friday. He told me the part that I needed and said for me to have my husband fix it and he would check for other issues when he was out. I didnt get the part because I am a single mom and thought I’d wait until Thursday or Friday to have it professionally fixed. I called him again Wednesday to confirm that I was still on the schedule for Thursday or Friday and he was extremely rude!! He said, “didnt I tell you to have your husband fix it? I told you what part to buy!” I replied, “I dont have a husband, I am a single mom.” He then replied, “ you don’t have a boyfriend? Or a dad or a brother? Call me at 4p to get you on the schedule.” I hung up in disbelief. I couldnt believe how I was being treated. All I wanted from the beginning was an appointment to get my A/C fixed. I wasnt trying to cut corners or repair it on my own. It is extremely heart breaking that Sid would be so disrespectful and treat not only a woman like this, but a single mom. I DO NOT recommend Sanchez Mechanical whatsoever!!! Its obvious they dont value women!

Last month I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Sid. I could not have been more impressed by his knowledge, customer focus, and quality work. I love my new furnace, and I'm sure I'll feel the same about my new air conditioner next summer. Sid's prices are great, his service is great, and he goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are totally satisfied. I would encourage anyone who is considering installing or repairing a furnace or air conditioner to call Sid. You will not be disappointed.

Huge Shout Out for Sanchez Mechanical!!!!

I wanted to make sure that I gave Sid and Sanchez Mechanical a huge thank you and many blessings to him! I am full time caregiver to my husband who is terminally ill. Late last night, our A/C stopped working and I was very concerned with the extremely hot weather and not having the air conditioner working.

I searched Nextdoor and found a post from 6/28 by someone looking for an A/C company. Many residents recommended Sid and Sanchez Mechanical and I now know why. Sid was wonderful! He came over today, replaced the capacitor which was ruptured, and was done in about 15 minutes! I am so impressed and relieved that Sid came right away; for being so knowledgeable; and so wonderful about the repair.

We will be replacing our A/C unit later on and will definitely call Sanchez Mechanical. Thank you Sid and God bless you! I am forever grateful!

Sid is an awesome guy!

I called him during a snowy/icy day and he was over in 40 minutes.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, and instead of trying to get $300 from me for a new part, he suggested an easy fix!

The fix was so easy he didn't even charge me since he was only here for a couple of minutes.

Sid is a genuinely nice and skilled technician who doesn't try to squeeze money out of his customers.

Sid rewired my HVAC system to make it compatible with my new smart thermostat. The system works better than ever now. I called in the evening and he came to my house next day and finished the work in no time at all. He followed up with me later in the day to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy and satisfied. I’ll definitely be asking him to come back when it’s time to have a service and filter change. Thanks Sid!

Sid saved us $10k. Our AC stopped working in the midst of a summer heat wave. We had two other companies come out, and both said we needed a new AC, and one said we also needed a new furnace. The price tag was $14k with $4k in rebates. My husband called Sanchez Mechanical for a third opinion. Sid came out completely last minute on a Saturday. He said our units were absolutely fine and just needed to be cleaned and serviced (Brothers came out and supposably did that two weeks prior, and charged $457. Clearly they didn't do a great job). He said he could do it, or we could save another $500 and do it ourselves. He actually showed my husband what to do, and gave thorough instructions. He left and didn't charge a dime for his time. My husband did what he was told, and the AC started working brilliantly. I am beyond happy that we called Sid. It's so hard to find honest companies and technicians, but we lucked out with him. Sanchez Mechanical will always be our first and only phone call when these issues arise—he has a customer for life.

I would recommend Sanchez Mechanical to anyone needing HVAC install, repair or maintenance!! Sid is amazing! He took the time to explain issues, (at a level I could understand), with possible alternatives and let me make the decision. He is very professional and conducts his business with honesty and integrity.

There aren’t enough stars for Sid Sanchez! Our HVAC went out on the hottest day of the year we called Sid and he was at our door within the hour. Sid quickly identified the burned out board and worked with us to get a new AC/furnace installed the next day. The entire time, Sid communicated with us when he would show up and when he would be done. He had our unit torn out and a new one back in 4 hours. This man is an amazing business man with exceptional customer service and a huge heart! Thanks So Much!

Sid was at my house next day for AC problem. He was able to pin point problem in minutes. My husband and I highly recommend him for any work you might need for your HVAC system. Please call Sid you will not be disappointed.

Sid from Sanchez Mechanical did an amazing job with our AC unit. He got our house cooled again quickly and worked with great professionalism.
