Great honest company!! Sid is amazing! My furnace at my home was blowing cold air on a night where the temps were going to dip below zero. I called Sid at 9pm he was at the house at 9:30pm and had it up and running in no time. He is dependable, reliable, and most important honest. He has a customer for life. Sid at Sanchez Mechanical saved us something like $700 repairing our blower motor that burnt out recently. It would have cost close to $1000 to have anyone come out and replace it, and everyone is so backed up right now that it’s been hard to find anyone who could do it in a timely manner (and during some very hot weather at that).

I called Sanchez Mechanical Wednesday evening (day before Thanksgiving) he gave me some steps to try to fix my heater to help me out and when they didn’t work he came out promptly the day after Thanksgiving. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my furnace back up and running. It’s an older unit and he showed me how the inside heating element is rusting out. He didn’t try and sell me a furnace at that time but rather gave me the heads up that one will be needed soon. I absolutely will be calling them back to purchase a new quality furnace. This is the second time I have used them, last was a few years back when our AC went out. He came out and helped me get it running and even took the time to show me how to clean the outside unit to help limit issues in the future. Late last year, I had two water heaters go out in two different rentals. I quickly searched for reliable HVAC repair, and came across Sid Sanchez from Sanchez Mechanical. Boy, am I glad I did. Sid and team were at my properties the very following day and replaced both in a matter of hours. Two weeks ago, we encountered an AC issue at the same rental. Sanchez Mechanical to the rescue! Sid called during the visit, supplied pictures, and explained his concerns. A week later, we had a new furnace and AC condenser. Sid is trustworthy, dependable and doesn't beat around the bush. I wish there were more Sid's out in the world.

This is the second time we have had Sid help us with our AC unit. He is awesome! The first time he was out, last summer it was 101 degrees outside, it was a simple quick fix we were completely unaware of, he did not charge us. The second time, was a Sunday morning! Again, a simple fix, that we couldn't seem to figure out and no fee. We are so impressed with his efficiency and honesty we will continue to use Sid whether it's a simple or major repair. Our experience with Sid Sanchez has been great. He is very honest and dependable. We have called him in the middle of the night during Christmas when our furnace went out and not only did he come and repair it he did not charge extra for coming in the middle of the night. Just this week, we had issues with our furnace and Sid was at our house the next morning and did the necessary repairs. We will not trust our HVAC to anyone else.
