Simply put, I cannot be more pleased with the service provided by Sid. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and appreciate a honest, hardworking and more importantly professional business owner. Our issue was with a rental property and Sid put all of those traits on display when dealing with the tenant. If your are looking for a HVAC company to help you with your residence stop looking, this is your company. Customer for life! Keep it up Sid!

Our AC quit working on us a few days ago. I called Sid yesterday and he was able to come out this morning and take a look. (Other businesses were booked way out). He talked me through everything and all possible scenarios, then tried replacing a piece he had in his van and it worked! He saved us so much money and wouldn’t charge us for the part! I’m forever grateful for him and thankful I used a local business. Sid is honest and will be our go-to guy now!

I have found my HVAC person! Sid came to my house on the weekend and repaired my furnace quickly and professionally. He explained things along the way and the furnace works better than it ever has! Very honest and lots of integrity. He charged me way less than half of what another company quoted me.

Sid and his team are absolutely amazing! Where do I start? Honest, dependable, extremely personable and did I mention honest. Skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I've been having intermittent issues with my furnace over the years where it suddenly stops producing warm air. In spite of having, it serviced this past Spring by another company, it still broke down yesterday. Sid diagnosed the issue and he and Todd fixed it in minutes. I am a Sanchez Mechanical client for life now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Sid!

Our AC condenser fan quit working. Sid told us that cottonwood fibers had collected up on the cooling fins and the unit was not cooling because of this. He said the coolant was also low. He recommended we not put any more money into this unit, since it had run for 19 years and was worn out. He gave us a good price for a complete HVAC replacement. We were fortunate he had a cancellation and was able to install the complete system the very next day. He also fixed an issue we had been having with 2 upper bedrooms not getting enough air-flow. He created a scoop to re-direct air into the duct leading to the upstairs bedrooms. This solved the problem, the rooms are getting much cooler now, even on hot days.
We appreciate the fast and thorough service he gave us.

Wow! We are still in awe at how fast Sid was able to find the problem with our AC unit and how fast he was able to fix it. My husband hadn't even finished his cup of coffee by the time Sid was done. AC was up and running in no time. I can tell Sid really knows his trade and cares about his customers. His rates compared to other companies in the neighborhood were great as well, super glad we went with his company!

Sid was absolutely amazing!! He came out on Fathers Day and helped me get A/C up and running. It took him no more than 15 min!!! Thank you Sid! I HIGHLY recommend Sid for any HVAC issues. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will clearly make himself available to help anyone out.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I called Sanchez Mechanical after Brother's Plumbing came over to do a routine maintenance on my furnace and decided to shut it down due to a crack in the heat exchanger. They of course tried to sell me a new furnace right away. I decided to hold off and get a second opinion. That is when I contacted Sanchez Mechanical due to their high review rating. Sid and team came a few days later and confirmed that the crack that Brother's was telling me they found was just soldering between the heat exchangers and that the furnace was in good shape. To my pleasant surprise, this service came at no charge. Sid gave me a peace of mind knowing that my family is safe and I would have definitely paid for the service, but it is clear that Sanchez Mechanical is not out there to make a quick buck. They want do quality work and keep customers for life. My Furnace and AC are both 19 years old, but still running. You better believe it that I will be calling Sid when it is time to replace them. Sid was great! We live in the Brighton area. He was at our house in 15min. He looked at our furnace and had it going in less than an 10 min. It was a heat sensor that was broken. He didn’t charge us! He didn’t try to over sell us on other things. When we replace our furnace we plan on using his service.

My furnace was out. It is an older furnace and I was thinking I was going to have to replace the whole system. My neighbors recently had their HVAC replaced and highly recommended I contact Sid at Sanchez. He fit me into his schedule right away, showed up on time. He found the issue immediately, was honest, fast and efficient but took the time to explain the details to me. Will definitely be my go to HVAC guy in the future.
