Eric got our swamp cooler prepped for the summer and performed maintenance that was way overdue. Eric was very courteous and informative, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

John B. was our tech today. He did spring cleaning on both our furnace and AC unit. John was in time, professional and very informative. He provided some suggestions on how to make both of our systems run more efficiently. Booking was quick and painless. We’ll definitely be using this company again.

I had Ezekiel, Angel, and Teddy out to fix some plumbing and HVAC issues in our basement and get it up to code. They were very professional and did a great job! When the inspector asked for additional corrections, they promptly came back to take care of them. I find Mighty to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable!

We received 3 estimates for the job: replacing water heater. Mighty Plumbing and Heating was the lowest cost estimate. We scheduled the job about a month out. On the morning of the appointment, the office called to indicate the technicians were delayed on an earlier project. Roman and Kevin were the technicians who installed the water heater in the end. They were very professional and efficient, and we were very pleased with their approach and work, which included upgrades to meet new state requirements. Following the installation, we found the office had failed to get a permit for the job, but the office quickly rectified that. Inspection came off without a hitch.

The plumber is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He never once got upset with us watching him work. To be honest it was interesting. He gets to know his customers while he’s working instead of being quiet. Dominic is who you want for all your plumbing needs.

Roy is a valuable asset to your company. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Super efficient and thorough repair. Hopefully I don’t need to call you guys again, but if I do, Roy is on the top of my list. Great work!

Professional and exceptional quality! The plumbers had a massive project ahead of them and they worked till the job was done right. Very thankful for the amount of work they put in to change some pipes and make sure there were no leaks! Huge shout out to Teddy, Ryan, Bret, Kevin and Roman!

2nd Update:
Finally received a call. It wasn't awful but not a great customer service call. Was it due to my Updated review that i heard back? I'll never know.
Either way, permit received and inspection is now placed. I wish it would have been easier and friendlier experience for followup as was described to me at the beginning, rather than limbo and no responses.

Update:
My installation went smoothly as seen in my original review, despite it having being rescheduled a day later due to their time constraints on having their techs come too late.
My updated review is due to the followup since the AC installation. Afterwards, I never received a proper invoice as I was told I was going to receive the next day. A week went by, and I realized I never got one. I had to call to ask for one, but it still never came with photos.
My installation was completed 2 weeks ago, and still waiting on having an inspector come out. When I was setting up installation, they stated they would pull permits before and would have inspector out in just a few days afterwards. After several calls, I keep getting told someone will call me back, and still no inspection. Even if they were to tell me it's delayed, something. Just no response.
Just a simple call after my attempts, to let me know what's going on - would have 100% been okay. I was made to believe they would handle and schedule everything themselves. If that's not correct from the initial setup, let me know.
Followup has been such a headache.

Amazing Service! I've been using Mighty Plumbing and Heating since they bought out the company I'd been with. At first I was a bit skeptical, but since using their services for awhile now - always a great experience, can't recommend them enough. Great customer service and so friendly and knowledgeable. Coral, Victor, and Diego helped to install our new AC, works like a dream so far!

We turned on our swamp cooler for the summer, and there turned out to be a leak. David R. with mighty plumbing was able to come out within 30 minutes and fixed Our problem. Would highly recommend David to anybody in need of services, incredible worker.

$500 for 1 hour is outrageously expensive. Did a pretty good job, the toilet flushes better now. But in the end they just should of told me to buy a new toilet and I could have bought a very nice one, installed it and saved $200.00. Now my toilet works fairly well, but I still have to go buy a new one and install it. Not a good day and not a fair deal.
Update: You twisted my words, it does not work well, it worked Ok for 1 day, now back to same old thing. Trying to twist what is said says a lot about a person.
