ABE Heating and Cooling

ABE installed a geothermal system. This was a big job, taking 5-6 days. Work proceeded smoothly and on time. The coordination between parts of the project and subcontractors was an important effort and accomplished beautifully. Sam did a great job keeping me informed during all parts of the work. Afterwards, he explained how the system work and what maintenance steps were needed

We lost our hot water boiler heat on one of the coldest days of the year and ABE Heating & Cooling came here the day we called them. They brought heaters for us to use for the weekend and did the install on Monday. We also had our hot water heater done at the same time. They did a great job and cleaned up everything very nicely. We had ABE install a evaporative cooler a year ago and they also did a great job on that too. We highly recommend ABE!

We've used ABE a few times now and they are always honest, personable, and cost efficient. While it wasn't ideal to have to replace our AC unit, they nearly cut our bill in half from what Applewood was going to charge us.

Their tech Craig did a great job and was professional. He fixed my air conditioning unit in one trip and did some preventive work on some sun rotted parts that would eventually cause more problems and washed the AC unit to make it more efficient.
Their dispatcher Shauntelle (maybe not spelled right) was also friendly and professional. They sent a confirmation text, and email for the appoint and another text when the technician was on his way. Excellent service.

We selected ABE after getting 3 quotes. ABE was the most accurate, responsive and ultimately best price. What sold us on them finally was an honest explanation on what we could expect for efficiency given our current furnace equipment. The crew of 3 arrived on time and finished within a few hours without any problems and left our house and yard as they found it. It was a very good contractor experience.

I wish every service provider were as good, knowledgeable and reliable as Sam and ABE. He walked into a complex geothermal HVAC system that he didn't install and was quickly able to optimize its performance and reliability. He is an absolute ninja with this stuff. He also installed a traditional HVAC system at a rental property of ours and did so just as you would want--perfectly. Of all the people I work with on various aspects of our homes, Sam is head and shoulders above the rest. I recommend him completely.
