Our heater went out on one of the coldest days. Ocean Blue was able to send someone that morning who got the heater working quickly so we could warm up while he went to get the needed part. Just a little later that day we were up and running again! We had a couple questions after and the owners took the time to answer them for us. Great service!

Ocean Blue was awesome. They were recommended by another HVAC company that stopped servicing retail customers, so I was initially worried about a new relationship. They jumped through hoops to help us out and we are very appreciative. They come with my highest recommendation.

I was introduced to Ocean Blue Heating & Air Conditioning through a networking group. When we met them, they were well into AC maintenance season, and pretty booked, so we were going to wait, but our AC started making a clanking noise and stopped cooling air on August 28th.

We called, and because of how good they are, they were pretty booked already, but put us on the schedule for that Friday. But the temperature during the week kept going up every time I looked at the forecast, and I called someone else to do the repair on Wednesday the 31st.

Big mistake, long story short, the other company caused damage to our AC, didn't install a working part to the AC which is why they hardwired the AC causing the damage, and tried to bait-and-switch us on pricing.

When we got switched pricing, we opted to wait for September 2nd for Ocean Blue because we knew them, they were highly recommended by everyone we talked to, and I've personally spoken to one of the owners numerous times. When Ocean Blue came out, they found out that the previous company's hookup would have fried the motor, and froze out parts that shouldn't have had been iced up. They replaced the furnace, which was 30 years old with a more efficient, smaller, more powerful, less expensive to run unit and got our air conditioner working properly.

We have a date to see them for making sure the furnace is tuned in for November, and we will happily see them twice a year.

Now I know why their clients are happy to wait for them and only them. And I can attest it is well worth it!
