Nitro Heating & Cooling, LLC

I cannot recommend Nitro heating & cooling enough.

Our furnace was fried last week and had had some cold nights without the heat. We’ve reached out to Nitro who came out first thing in the morning and installed a new furnace for us swiftly and professionally.

The experience working with the nitro team was genuinely pleasant. Darren and Richard have thoroughly communicated with us during the removal/installation process. The team was also attentive to details, they took off the shoes before getting into our house, cleaned out the ducts from the vents which we never asked, and cut a small window on the vent so we could insert the filter easily, vacuumed after their works, etc.

My wife and I are new homeowners and have learned a lot from Darren and Richard about the furnace maintenance and things we never thought about and would have done to make the furnace run more efficiently and safely.

I would not hesitate to have them come out again and can confidently recommend them to friends and family.

I can not recommend Nitro Heating enough. They showed up in less than an hour after the call and they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and took them less than an hour to pick up the part to fix our heating system. It was certainly a blast of professionalism and customer service with them after going through the nightmare of dealing with other company called Kycor Heating
(worse company ever).

Nitro came out an hour after I called them, even though it was on a weekend! The problem with my a/c was diagnosed quickly, and first thing Monday morning, after the parts store opened, Darren was here with what was needed to fix the unit. It was the hottest weekend so far, too! He completed the work quickly and quietly, even giving me trouble-shooting tips for the future. What a polite, professional young man! I will definitely use Nitro again! Thank you, Nitro!!

I don't ever leave reviews, but thought it necessary to leave one for Nitro Heating and Cooling. These guys are awesome. After the other company I was using tried ripping me off on a $100 gas valve - I decided to give Nitro a call. They were less than half the price I was quoted, and got the upgraded valve installed in no time first thing Monday morning.
I will be having them back for AC service soon.

Darren was very helpful with my AC unit. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He was able to come check out my issue on short notice and was able to fix it for me the following morning. Highly recommend this company for any future HVAC needs.

My furnace stopped working, so i called nitro and Darren was very friendly and professional. He was able to come out that day and repair the issue with no extra cost to me and also cleaned it for me. He got it working and almost looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend nitro to everyone!

Nothing sort of an easy and amazing experience during our move into a new house. Price and professionalism were outstanding, the process was easy and they did great work on a humidifier install and checking our heating and cooling system.
