Carlos was able to get to our house on short notice when it was 100F outside. He quickly found and fixed the problem on our broken AC. He was very friendly and professional. I'll be using him every time in the future!

Carlos arrived promptly and got my furnace back in service after "the other guys" couldn't figure it out. He fixed a problem that had been plaguing me for over a year. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and down-to-earth are just a few of the ways I could describe him. He is now my go-to guy for all my HVAC needs. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of this service.

Carlos came out today and was super helpful. He explained what was wrong thoroughly and he gave great advice on how to avoid issues in the future. We asked hypothetically questions and he took time to answer them. Due to COVID he wore a mask; kept his distance and wore shoe coverings in my home. He was courteous and very friendly. Thank goodness for Mr. Mora and his crew. Our A/C went out. He came out personally and evaluated the situation. Told me he would be back to me with a price and also told me my other unit didn't need to be replaced. How's that for honesty! So he sent me the estimate, we decided to move forward, and he had a new A/C unit for our lower level installed in less than 4 hours. his crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up after they left. In this world of rip offs it is a blessing that someone came out, did what they said they were going to do and did it! They are the best. PS. i went to Bill Smith Plumbing first, walked in and couldn't get the time of day from the front desk lady.
