My general contractor hired this company as part of a remodel almost 2 years ago. I do not recommend them because they do not remember who their customers are, even after tens of thousands of dollars. They don't return phone calls without constant pestering, and when you do get ahold of someone, they use a 3rd party contractor who is rude.

These are pictures of my heater after they have worked on it 2-3 times in 2 years...yet it looks like it's never been touched. Now they say they can't figure out how to clean it and to buy a new heater, even though it's a modular unit.

We are taking things into our own hands and should be up and running in no time, no thanks to Sucks Unlimited.

Today I had the misfortune to encounter one of your drivers (truck 34) on westbound 470 around 2:15pm. 470 is currently a construction zone (55 mph) and can get quite congested in the afternoons and evenings. Traffic was backup in the both lanes and this driver was quite aggressive and tailgating me despite me tapping my brakes to ask him to back off. He was so close all I could see in my rear view mirror were his lights and front grill. If this rudeness and aggression is any indication how your workers treat clients I would never use or recommend your company. 4-5-2019

After paying for a full one-day check on all our building's HVAC systems, we encountered a major leak and other issues once the system was turned on. We then had to pay for a second visit and full repair of damage done and/or overlooked during the initial check up. After leaving four messages and waiting a week, a representative of the company finally addressed our billing and maintenance concern, and said it wasn't their problem. This business has chaotic billing and servicing processes, and should be avoided if other options are available.

Employees can't drive. Holding up the left lane in morning traffic.

The place to go to for all commercial hvac projects. Excellent in office remodels! Big projects or small projects. They can add or remove a air vent in your office or work place. Or redo the hvac in the entire office.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Technician was thorough and cleaned up the area where he was working.
