Phoned owner Tim twice, requesting simple seasonal maintenance for an HE mini-split purchased from Quality.

In sum: No show. No follow up. Zero quality.

Tim is a very kind man. His crew in knowledgeable and get the work done in a timely manner. I am so grateful to have my cooling system. It works better then I could have imagined.
