Quality heating and air company is the best in the high desert , they are an amazing company.
Tim is honest and will work hard on getting you on the schedule. His staff are efficient and respectful. I have used this company for heating maintenance and AC maintenance and I highly recommend without a doubt. 👍👍👍👍👍

Timothy and his team are amazing! I needed my elderly moms cooler summerized and everywhere in town was 2 weeks out on appointments. Timothy sent his worker to my moms the very next day early before the start of their day due to her being elderly and it was getting hot out. Now thats great service! Highly recommend!

It was the middle of July and our air conditioning went out for the top floor. It was too hot to sleep even the dogs were having a hard time.
I called hi desert air first because we have always used them before. Their response was "we might be able to get to you by Tuesday or Wednesday we are really busy" I called on a Thursday.
No one was able to come out same day. When I called Quality Heat And Air they were not available until Monday, I told them I would get back to them.
I called everyone I could find we were desperate. Next thing I know on Saturday I got a call from them to see if we still needed help. " the owner said I didn't forget about you and wanted to make we were okay"
WHO GIVES THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!
He said he located a tech, and could send them out today. Saturday, I was ecstatic.
When the tech checked it he said it was the motor. All I could think of is "How much is this going to cost".
You know what I am talking about.
He tells me for service and a new motor it was going to be "500.00" and for labor? No that's everything! I will not go back to Hi Desert Air again.
We had the best service from Quality Air, the tech was very polite and pulled up with a mask on and cleaned up after himself.
Don't miss out on this company because they are small.

Tim and his team are great, professional & no non sense type of guys no haggling no waiting no Bs this is a great company. They installed a 5ton unit best price in town by far.. workmanship 5 star, I would use and recommend Again and again a great experience my home is cool..

My HVAC went out in the middle of 110 degree heat in Palm Springs, and of course I asked everybody I knew for a rec. My neighbors suggested Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, but I started working my way through a list of options I'd found otherwise... what a mistake on my part. After two days of having people over and working through bids I ended up circling back to Tim at Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, and he came out and took care of the problem immediately - like he offered to in the first place - and for a great price. I can't recommend them enough, and I am glad I now have my go-to HVAC company if I ever need something looked into. I highly recommend them!

Last summer 2018 my ac went out in the middle of August and let me tell you that summer was one of the hottest and worst summers we have had in a long time. Tim is the best in 1 day flat he had a new unit for me the crane service set up and I was back with ac again in a couple of hours!!! Tim and his crew are the best and most reliable and honest people. Great experience. We had a heat pump and ducting installed at our cabin in Idyllwild. The price was great. it was installed as schedule. Everything works better than expected. The guys are nice to work with. I would recommend them to my friends.
