Bought a house for long term rental and discovered immediately upon tenant move-in that the HVAC was inadequate to cool the whole house. I contacted several companies to get pricing and timeline to install a single mini split in the back of the house. Timothy responded to me on a Sunday and called me on Monday. He had the right solution in stock at a reasonable price, and he understood the urgency to keep a single mom and her two little girls cool in their new home. They fit us in and were very pleasant. Quality Heating and Air is WONDERFUL!!!

My swamp cooler just wouldn't get cool.
I replaced the "spider" with 3 spray bars to give the unit plenty/more water. But the unit still did not blow cooler.

QH&A investigated and quickly identified the problems!

Now I am relaxing in a much cooler house, and I don't even have to use my ceiling fan during the 100* plus weather.

Timothy was incredible! We needed a mini split system installed very quickly as we rent out our place out to guests. He gave us a quote right away and was able to get his team to instal it in time for our guests to arrive. He was kind, professional, and his team installed the mini splits flawlessly. We are so happy to have our house climate controlled. It can get so hot and cold out in Joshua Tree, but now we never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable in our house ever again.
