Just had a Quietcool whole house fan system installed by Joseph and Luis. The system works great. Further, Joseph and Luis arrived on time, the installation took about two hours start to finish, the workmanship is 100% professional and Joseph gave us a complete explanation of the system. And, they were very polite and respected our home.

Tony and his crew from J Martin were amazing! During the hottest period of the year, he showed up and helped us pick out the right A/C for our home and installed it in a matter of days. Not only is our A/C more efficient, but the whole-house fan in the attic will really help us to save on our A/C costs. I can’t say enough about his team! I wish I could find the card with their names on it because I’d like to give them a shout out for their outstanding work. Suffice it to say, J Martin is on my speed dial! Thanks to Tony and crew!

Needed to replace my original HVAC after 25 years. Jerod gave me the best price and professionally installed it. A problem developed this weekend causing the heater to quit working. I called Jerod Monday morning and he personally came out that day and diagnosed the problem which was a bad sensor. Problem solved. I highly recommend this business for all HVAC and whole house fans.

Hello, this review has. been a long time coming. I have used J Martin for my home, rental properties and office.I have had Installed Mitsubishi split systems in my rentals and my home. The systems are perfect and Jared does a fantastic job of detailing the benefits of traditional HVACS and Split systems. (Mitsubishi Diamond Installer, get a longer warranty) I would highly recommend his company for your needs. He goes the extra mile and is available by phone 24/7. When you call the number listed, you are connected to the Jared who is the owner, cant say how valuable that is considering what goes into installation and in my case a total home remodel. Jared even left me his ladder at my clinic , as he was showing me how to change a filter in the attac of an HVAC system installed in my office. Small thing like that saved me time and it showed that he wanted to make my life easier and cared enough to understand the needs of small family practice office. Let’s start by quoting an often used adage that holds true for most things in life, and that is “you get what you pay for”. When it comes to investing in a new or updating your HVAC, do not underestimate this proverb. In our case, our 30 year-old system was shot, and the entire system needed to be replaced. After checking and comparing multiple companies quotes and services we selected J. Martin to do the job. A number of contributing factors led to this decision, but being able to speak and meet directly with the owner Jared and working with a small business who’s mission statement reflects quality and superior service was the major selling point for us. From start to finish, we were very happy with the products selected and installation process to give us the most efficient HVAC for our needs.

A year later when it came time to update our rental unit, without question we contacted Jared and his team to see exactly what needed to be done. Since the currently installed unit was 30 years old, lacked sufficient air flow along with other deficiencies, we made the difficult decision to replace and re-route the entire system. Thanks to Jared’s and Kathryn’s help with rebate offers from SoCal Edison and California CleanAir on electric heat pumps, we spent the extra money for the unit that in turn yielded a lower cost in the end. It is nice to be able to have a contracting service that is ethical and provides honest advice for your particular needs and I can say without a doubt that you will find that with J. Can’t say enough great things about Jared and his team. During the wonderful heat wave at the start of summer our AC pooped out on us. Our home warranty company wasn’t able to come out for 2 weeks so we called J Martin since they were local. Since we have 2 young kids it was necessary we got someone out to us quickly. Jared came out to our house 3 hours later to see what the issue was. He was able to fix the broken part on our AC and have it up and running the next morning. Jared and his technician were both friendly and very professional. We really appreciate the customer service and quality of service. I would definitely recommended this company.

I had a Quiet Cool system installed in my home by J Martin IAQ. It's great, the system works perfectly and the installers were prompt and professional. It's saved me money on my electric bill since I don't have to run my A/C as much. I've already recommended the company to a friend of mine and he also had a great experience.

Impressive quality of work. Tony and his team Ernardo, Luis and David not only delivered what they promised but went well above and beyond. We wanted to fix our aircon system in our new home; last summer the 2nd floor was essentially an oven and we couldn't feel any air coming out of the vents. I went initially to another large well known company who proposed a dual duct system which I nor my husband could understand how it could fix our situation. I then went to J Martin to get a price comparison and they essentially proposed a completely different solution. I liked Rex Martin's and Tony's no-nonsense manner (they almost didn't seem like they cared whether we accepted them or not ;) and their solution seemed more practical albeit much more complicated than the previous company's. They essentially proposed to move the furnace unit to the attic and to attach a new duct system from there (the old ones were completely crushed!) I was a little nervous but Tony was so assured we went ahead with it. They then suggested that we would need 2 return vents instead of one. My husband who is very aesthetically minded hates these vents which he thinks are eyesores. But Tony convinced us that we would need both to get enough air circulation since we had such a large heat pocket up here (he wasn't charging us for the second but just wanted to make sure he left behind happy customers). He was right about everything. We now have great air flow in all our upstairs rooms, even in the guest room where there wasn't even a functioning vent, and the vents are not at all an eyesore. I can't think of one complaint in this whole process. It took 3 days but it was a big project that deserved time to deliver quality work for a reasonable price. You can see the professionalism and the experience, as well the courtesy and service (they even super-vacuumed our floors. You'd never have known they were there). I would never go to anyone else for help with our aircon and heating systems.

They were easy to schedule and right on time. They only needed about ten minutes to isolate and fix the problem. Super nice!

J Martin installed a Mitsubishi 4 room split mini plus a separate 1 room split mini. Great team, very professional, efficient, reasonable prices, take pride in their work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. They made the process easy and made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision for our large investment.
