I highly recommend Jared and the guys at J Martin. We had our AC installed about 3 years ago, and it has been working very well since. Jared is a top notch installer, reliable, and dependable to get the job done. Since we have had the AC installed, he has come out multiple times to help us with any issues that we ran into. Just today, I contacted him in the morning to see if he would be able to come out later in the day to fix our AC system. This was during the summer while he was very busy, but he made it a priority since he knew we needed to get our AC fixed ASAP after having a newborn. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with J Martin again and will continue using them for all of our AC needs!

Jared and his team (Mario & Wilmer) figured out how to route our condo for a Mitsubishi ductless split system to be installed! While 3 other A/C companies were unable to find a way to get the air upstairs as well as down, they got it done! Great job guys!!! Now we can survive these miserable heat waves!!!

After calling around to multiple HVAC companies J Martin was the first to answer my call quickly and have a tech out to my house same day!
Rex was super friendly and within an hour had Caleb reaching out to me to set up a time to swing by that same afternoon.
Caleb was also very friendly, thorough + quick to diagnose our ACs problem, explaining everything as he went. At the end of his diagnosis Caleb was able to walk us through replacing our unit, picking out a new one, comparing models, etc all from his ipad. Before he left our home we had a pretty good picture of what was to come next, once we decide.
We will def be calling J Martin very soon to get our unit replaced and the house ready for those hot YL summers!

We used JMartin to handle 2 furnaces, 1 a/c and a whole house fan. Everything went smoothly and works perfectly. They handled every request we had including moving 1 a/c to the side of the house and removing another. Jesus and Leo were extremely helpful. I feel confident that we went with the right guys and I will finally be warm this winter!

Wanted to mention that he had a hiccup in our system. I called Jared and he had someone over the same to fix it. Thanks to Edgar and Anderson for spending the time to find and fix the problem.

I have an infant and a toddler and both have had serious allergies and sinus problems so we decided it was time to replace cour old HVAC system. I can’t say enough about JMartin! We had used them to install our whole house fan back in 2020 and decided to use them for our HVAC system replacement and install as well. Jesus was the project manager and he made sure to ask all the important questions to find out exactly what made sense for us and fit our needs. Jesus told us about the special Mervin filter that filters out allergens VOCs etc and is 5in thick. Irvin, Kevin and Luis were our installers and they were so kind and professional. Irvin even found and resolved an underlying issue with the way our existing HVAC was draining. We couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and workmanship. I can now rest easy knowing that the job was done right and my family is breathing clean air. We can’t thank them enough!

Excellent company and experience. I worked with Tony Rodriguez helping to coordinate a furnace install in Orange for my 92 year old mother-in-law from here in Idaho. He was very responsive, sensitive to our needs/wants, respectful of the situation, provided an on-target work/equipment spec at a reasonable price. There was a very timely appointment, on-time arrival, courteous crew, great workmanship and a thorough cleanup. My mother-in-law is thrilled to have a new safe furnace/heat. Thank you J Martin for helping repair a 20 year old house AC that needed some parts, and a 1 year old split AC unit that needed repaid after the installing company went out of business!! J martin sent 2-3 repairmen out w/in in 1-3 days to diagnose and fix my 2 units that they did not install. They treated my units as if they had installed them. I also had them install a Whole House Fan while they were at it!! Amazing. Highly recommend to cool the house w/ outside cooler air. Quick 4 hour install. I would highly recommend J martin AC to others.

We got bids from three different HVAC companies to replace our heating and Air. Each company's prices were in the same ballpark for similar systems. The deciding factor for us was Jared Martin. He is one of the most down-to-earth and honest contractors we have met. He inspected our system and made recommendations for replacement.

Options

Jared provided us with a number of options from a pretty basic heating and cooling system to the highest efficiency systems. Our ducks were replaced within the last 10 years and we're in pretty good shape and he told us as much. In spite of the ducts being relatively new they had been installed in a substandard manner which resulted in significantly reduced airflow. After careful consideration my wife and I decided not to replace the ducts, but rather to have J Martin seal any obvious air leaks and hang the ducting properly so there were no sharp angles that would inhibit airflow.

Price

When comparing bids from all three companies the prices were all quite close. However, Jay Martin had the best price by about $1,000.

Work Crew

Jared's installation crew truly shine! They showed up on time, clean shaven and impeccably groomed wearing clean uniforms. They looked more like they were coming to a job interview then starting a day of dirty labor. Each of the four crew members was flight, friendly, and outgoing. These guys endeared themselves to my wife and I so much that we bought them lunch and sent each of them with an In ‘n Out Burger gift card.

Results / airflow, heating, and cooling

When the installation was done and they tested the system we were amazed at the increased airflow. They delivered at least double the previous airflow. When using the air conditioner the house gets cold immediately. The heater works the same. We are Beyond impressed with the results of their work. And it’s quiet! The AC unit sits outside our bedroom window

Insulation

In the final step of the installation they blue additional insulation throughout our attic to compensate for the thin spots that had developed after a number of rooms were remodeled.
