We called J Martin for estimated and approximate time to come out and installation time for a Quiet Cool Stealth 5.5 system. Everything would out as planned. Joseph and Hector their installation team showed up on the agrred date and time. They did an evaluation of our attic to determine if the space, outside vents, and placement of register for proper circulation of air throughout our home were ok for this system. They also explained the installation time ( about an hour). We agreed for them to proceed with the installation. Everything they promised was delivered. After installation they showed us how to properly cool our home via window openings to take advantage of either whole house, downstairs or upstairs cooling. Also explained was the remote with fan speed and time settings. We are now sitting in a home that we can feel air being pulled in that feels like a cool breeze cooling our entire home allowing us to lessen use of AC. We had a whole house fan installed by J Martin several years ago. It has been the single best investment we've made in our house and we use it regularly. Years later, I still remember how patient Rex was with us in explaining our options and the technology. The level of service we received sold the deal for us. The installation team did an excellent job and were super courteous in educating us about how to use the system. They left no mess and only good vibes.

The whole house fan experience led us to call J Martin a few months ago when our 20+ year old AC system's compressor failed. I shopped around quite a bit ended up going with Jared due to his professionalism, patience, and forthrightness. The AC Pro condenser/ultra low nox furnace system we ended up with is fantastic. They ran new copper piping, installed new ducts in 2 attics, a Honeywell zone board, and installed a Nest E thermostat upstairs (we had a 3rd gen downstairs already). Some other contractors had tried to upsell us into getting a heat pump because of alleged noise from these low nox furnaces but, as Jared had promised, noise hasn't been a problem given the location of the system. Irvin and Kevin installed the system for us over the course of a few days and were nothing short of amazing. They were very polite, did excellent work, and I enjoyed the amusing banter and rapport they had with one another.

While the system isn't 100% perfect - we discovered after installation that the furnace we have can't independently run the blower fan at more than a trickle when the condenser or furnace aren't running - I/we were still pleased with the service we got in trying to rectify this issue and, overall, the AC condenser and furnace are efficient and good at what they do when they're switched on. Jared spent a lot of time on the phone and text with me trying to find creative solutions to try to get it to work how we wanted to use the system. We are grateful for J Martin and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a whole house fan or HVAC replacement. We use our whole house fan super regularly and I have a big smile on my face every time we flip it on. This review is long overdue - thank you Jared and team!

I purchased a brand new heating and air system right before the beginning of the 2021 summer.

As most I received serval bids. Even though J Martin was more expensive than other competitors Jared's professionalism and knowledge really stood out. I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something, but truly was going to set the system up for future success.

His team, especially Santiago, was amazing. They were all very polite, professional, and extremely hard work. They also kept me up to date on their progress throughout the entire project.

The system got us through the hot summer and we have really enjoyed not only having a cool home but also the extra money we have saved each month due to the new system's efficiency.

Recently the system stopped working (blown circuit breaker - didn't know that at the time) on a Saturday. I called Jared and within 30 minutes he was at my house at air was restored that evening.

My family and I are very grateful for Jared and his team. He not only lives up to the products he sells, but also to his promises and that is why I choose his company for the job.

J Martin was great! I was nervous about calling a new AC guy but we just moved and had an AC leak. They answered my call at 7am promptly and got someone out to me within a few hours which is unheard of! We had J Martin come out to our house and diagnose our AC unit. He was very honest with us and explained the different options we could go with. I got multiple quotes from other AC contractors, but they were the best priced. They did the installation and my ac is working perfectly now. Super responsive and very professional!
