J Martin Indoor Air Quality, LLC

The J Martin crew (Irvin, Kevin, Joelle, and Joeseph) arrived on time, were extremely professional and courteous, and they did a great job. They even helped me look for my dog who had escaped while they were working. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely hire them again for any air conditioning or heating needs/services.

I had installed 4x ductless A/C units to 4 office rooms over a year ago. The quality of ceiling A/C systems are high quality items and so quiets. Everybody loved. I just had another rooms, additional 4 more rooms done same kind. They all love these efficient super model from the above. 3 technicians, drived for 4 days from about 2 hours away. These 3 employees, Kevin, Irvin & Moses, very trained but so happy people. Employee are like that, the owners must be also same respected people. There are first class people, you will love them.

I recently had my AC go out and was unable to use the company I usually use and was referred to J Martin. Right from the beginning the communication was excellent and they diagnosed it the same day. Caleb explained the situation and gave me the options that I had and the expected time frames for each. I ended up deciding on replacing the unit and was offered interest free payments through Wells Fargo directly through J Martin but declined. Even though I had to pay a reasonable chunk of money the process was as painless as it could have been. I did compare the price with another company and it was right there, based on that and the ease with which it was to work with Caleb I went for it and couldn't be more satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC or Heat services

This Company is AMAZING!!! All of the positive reviews they have are completely legit! To go with any other company for HVAC needs would be a mistake. I recently bought a 1960s home and needed to upgrade the ancient HVAC system. After working with four HVAC companies and being bitterly disappointed by their exorbitant quotes and lack of respect for a female homeowner, I was ready to settle for subpar professionalism just to get air conditioning. I believed that the way I was being treated, must just be an industry thing. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!!!

A neighbor referred me to J Martin and after meeting Jared of J Martin, I never looked back. Jared came out practically the next day and looked over my home (despite the currently crazy HVAC schedules caused by supply shortages and increase in HVAC consumers). He listened to my needs and came up with a plan. Then the quote...it was SUPER REASONABLE. But the exceptional service did not end there. Jared's workers, especially Kevin and Irvin (pictured below), who came to my home every day for a week were EXCEPTIONAL. I have never had such professionals in my home before. Despite the worksite being hotter than could be, they were always respectful, well dressed, and pleasant. Any questions I had, they answered; any problems that arose, they addressed and fixed; and they were ALWAYS on time. I was never "waiting" for them to show up. Probably the most impressive thing was that after the end of every day of work, Kevin and Irvin cleaned up the entire workspace, walkways and attic. Even though they would be returning the next day, they vacuumed and swept the areas they had used so that they were spotless. It was such a blessing to find this company. I would recommend J Martin to anyone who wants to work with professionals and true tradesmen who treat you with respect.

HVAC replacement is a major investment in your home and you want to make sure you get it right. So I called 7 HVAC companies to get quotes and opinions. My experience with J Martin started with talking to Rex (the owner) over the phone and I was immediately hooked! Business aside he is such a wonderful human being with outmost care and respect for the customer. And you can see his wisdom and the customer excellence culture throughout his team.
In any job, if everything goes smoothly and as expected, then most companies are good, but it's those occasions when things go wrong and there are unexpected complications where you can see the difference between a good HVAC company and an awesome HVAC company! That's the difference between a company with a great leader vs a company without one.
Unfortunately, my home HVAC replacement project didn't go as smoothly as we hoped for. There were some unexpected hiccups, but every time, J Martin team went above and beyond to amaze us with their sense of customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could! Every single person I interacted with at J Martin was beyond nice and helpful.
Jesus was assigned as our project manager. What a gentleman! He was very responsive, and very patient with our infinite questions. Super nice and courteous!
Then Edgar and his team came for installation, and once again I was impressed. Him and his teammates Joel and Joseph, did an outstanding installation. I am a picky person and I was concerned about the look of the vents since we had to replace the duct work as well. But they went above and beyond to the point that I had to stop Joel a few times, telling him: okay it's good enough but he wouldn't let go until it was great! He is such a perfectionist! Lol
And lastly I spoke with Rex's son, Jared and once again an amazing gentleman who patiently worked with me to address some of my concerns.

Rex, if you read this, my hat's off to you for building such an amazing team. Our society needs more people like you, we are so lucky to have you!

Had the crew at J Martin come by and install a whole house fan the other day. Gerardo and Tony did the work and they did an outstanding job! Very clean, provided lots of info and instruction for the use of the fan. Now the fan, I wish I would have purchased one sooner. I had been debating it for a long time now and finally did it. The first night I tried it, the house was stuffy but lots cooler outside. I turned the fan on and within minutes my place went from 80 to 73 (a/c not turned on). If you call this company , maybe you will be lucky and have Gerardo and Tony come by to perform the work.

I chose to call J. Martin IAQ because of the many favorable reviews they received. I had high expectations for the services I contracted them to perform. They not only met but exceeded all expectations! From the first visit to my house to the final clean-up, all work was done in a thorough and professional manner.

When initially shopping for my new HVAC system I met with several companies and their representatives. Jesus Ochoa stood out because of his obvious expertise and thoroughness.
He explained his company’s services and gave me a detailed and competitive quote.

Santiago and Carlos arrived on the installation appointment date on time and got to work immediately. They were always courteous and explained each step of the process in detail.
They completed the installation of 2 new HVAC systems and new attic ducting in three days, as promised. After completing the work, the whole system was inspected and tested. Santiago sat
down with us and explained everything about the installation and its operation. Finally, they left the house so clean that you could not tell that they were ever there.

From start to finish all of the staff at J. Martin did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new HVAC system.

I recently used J Martin to replace my entire A/C system including ducting. I met with Caleb and received a fair quote ( lower then other quotes from comparable companies ) and he coordinated the project. He was very punctual and responded quickly. The construction team Santiago and Carlos were on time and very conscientious about cleanliness. They worked hard but didn't rush. They communicated when there were unforeseen issues or questions on how I would like things done. They did an outstanding job ! I inspected all the work they did including in the attic and it was all well done. I've waited for a hot day to test the system and currently have a 20 degree delta between supply and return. System is running well and I know that Caleb is only a phone call away If there is an issue. I have recently retired from 40 years in the engineering/construction field. Iv'e worked with hundreds of contractors. I would highly recommend them. Bill T

Friday, April 15, 2022 was the first really hot day and we discovered our AC would't blow cold air. Made several phone calls to usual AC vendors and everyone was booked solid. I did a yelp/google search and found J Martin Indoor Air, Yorba Linda, with great reviews and nearby. We were put on the "waiting list" for that day and got a text from Jared about 3pm that he was on his way!! Didn't realize at first he was the owner and appreciated how hard he worked to get our old 2006 AC going, but it was not to be. He gave us lots of options of how and what to choose as replacements and did a good look through the hot attic TWICE to make sure he covered all areas. Kevin, Irvin and one other technician came a few days later and installed all new AC/Heating, ducts, vents and a new Nest thermostat. They were friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and cleaned up well. Price was excellent. Service was great. Highly recommend.

I was referred to J Martin by my neighbor who had their air conditioning unit replaced by them. They were extremely happy with the team at J Martin, so when my air conditioner was not producing much cool air, I decided to give J Martin a call. I called on a day when they were supposed to be closed, but to my surprise, someone answered the phone, and I was able to schedule an appointment to have my unit checked. I felt that everyone I worked with was being completely honest with me, and I did not feel that they were trying to sell me things I did not need. Turns out my unit was fine, but my ductwork, which was original to the house, was inefficient and not able to move much air. J Martin replaced all the ductwork and installed different registers that allow more cool air to flow into the rooms. Their work was of excellent quality, and the team was very respectful of myself and all my property. I highly recommend J Martin!
