First Response is a first rate mechanical contractor. They came out, diagnosed the issue with the unit, and prepared a quote the very same day to complete the repairs. They then were able to repair the unit within the same week, and the repairs came in under estimate.

Absolute life saver! Ivan was extremely professional and worked diligently to fix my AC on the hottest day of the year! Highly recommended and I will keep their number on speed dial for all my maintenance needs!

I called these people because my AC broke down. The guy that diagnosed my AC unit told me I needed to replace the whole AC unit and the cost would be $7,800 for a 1 1/2 tons weight unit. So I asked for a second opinion with a different person because that price seemed ridiculously high and they told me my unit only needed a capacitor that only costs $15. After I replaced the capacitor my AC is working perfectly. DO NOT hire these people. They are NOT honest workers and just want to sell you stuff because they just care about how much money they can make on a sale. They tried taking advantage of me because I’m a female who doesn’t know anything about AC units and thought I would be an easy target.
I payed them $65 to come out and diagnose the situation but they lied because they just wanted a sale. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST.
