Our air went out today Monday June 19th... 104 degrees... I called a few B
big name places and was told by Bell Brothers that they could come on the 28th.With Sierra Pacific after being on hold for 30 minutes I just hung up. So went back online and called Kelly Kooling here in Woodland, Frank Kelly said he could come today and if not the latest tomorrow... he was here in an hour with Phoenix. They asked a few questions and checked some things out and diagnosed the problem and had the air conditioning up and running in ten minutes. They are the best. Friendly, professional and know their stuff... They have my business from this point on! We are very satisfied customers.

Want to give a shout out to Frank at Kelly Cooling. Our air conditioner stopped working yesterday afternoon. Made a call to Kelly Cooling and Frank assisted us in getting our AC up and running in no time! Would highly recommend Kelly Cooling. They are very responsive and reasonable. Thanks Frank!

Frank was able to quickly replace our AC unit and upgrade our system. He had good communication and worked efficiently, even fitting us in during a busy week.

Not even a little impressed with their customer service or people skills. I've heard so many recommendations on Facebook which is why I called them first. Won't call again. My business was an obvious inconvenience to them and I over paid to boot. Maybe it was a bad day? No matter. They will not get a second chance.

Kelly Kooling came out to give us estimate on duct system. He didn't measure anything, never went under house, never counted registers. Didn't mention types of ducting material. And BJHeating told us to call Kelly. I don't recommend Kelly Kooling.

Tried to sell us a new unit completely lied about our system do not trust this company instead of spending 100 dollars for a tuneup he tried to charge 8000 for a new system. Stay away.

Nice guys. They found the problem when someone else didn’t. They also showed us the problem and explained clearly the resolution. They swept after they finished and were polite.
