We replaced both of our HVAC units last December. We got a quote from True Cool Heating & AC Repair and another company. True Cool Heating & AC Repair was a little pricier, but the person who came out to give us an estimate seemed more knowledgeable and made a good suggestion about moving the vents in two of the bedrooms to cool them more effectively. The guys who did the install were professional and quick and cleaned up after themselves. Service calls for maintenance have also been easy and the guys professional.

I called at noon and he told me a technician would be there within the hour. He came within the hour and installed my new Water Heater. True Cool Heating & AC Repair sent their tech, Justin, to repair my AC. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He identified and repaired the problem quickly then checked the rest of the system for functionality. He Got my AC running in about an hour for what I consider a fair price. Todd called a little before my appointment time to verify he was coming. He took about 45 minutes and verified everything was in good shape. My ac unit is only about 3 years old. Last spring another company came out and told me I needed 2 new $400 motors. True Cool Heating & AC Repair proved the other company was BSing me. Very honest and good company.

Rick came to our new build home to complete a retinue maintenance request. While here, he identified multiple issues with on HVAC system. He documented said issues and took photographs so that I can send a request to the builder on the warranty for repairs. He was very careful about not doing anything that would void our warranty from the builder. Rick was clean and respected our home. We look forward to having him back in the autumn. Justin was super pleasant. He listened to all my input and thoroughly explained everything he did and why. Very satisfied with the results. Will use them as my regular AC company from now on. Call True Cool Heating & AC Repair and they are the nicest and most honest person. The technician was able to determine the problem with our water leak instantly. He told me right away that he was not able to repair it as it is a utility issue and recommended another reputable company he is familiar with. I am so grateful for his expertise and honesty.
