It has been the best decision that I have made in a long time! True Cool Heating & AC Repair not only takes time to repair issues if necessary, but are very proactive and conduct fixes on potential items before they become issues later. In addition, once the job is complete, the technician sits with you for 15 minutes or so after each visit to thoroughly explain what he has done, looks at the historical records to ensure any issues discovered during the last visit did not reoccur. Reviews he’s a recommendation on what he’d like to do during the next visit, And ensures that we are fully satisfied with the service before he leaves. That is Pretty damn great customer service! We are very happy that we switched to True Cool Heating & AC Repair and highly recommend that you do as well!

We had our water heater fail with a puddle of water in the garage and contacted multiple companies to receive quotes. Steve A. did a great job in helping me with my furnace problem and install of my Ecobee smart thermostat. He helped me resolve an issue with a blown fuse that was really hard to find for my zone board for my heater and also educated me on my new Ecobee thermostat too. Super friendly and helpful guy! The cost of replacing a complete electric heat pump by True cool heating & AC repair was about 55% of the price charged to our neighbor by another company, and that condo is similar to ours. I was able to get an appointment the next day after talking with someone through Yelp to fix my AC. The tech, Sergio, came out and looked at the whole system and then told me what he thought was going on (issues with the capacitor) and discussed other issues that may be happening. Sure enough it was the capacitor. The AC turned on right away. He wore booties the whole time while in the house and made sure to take them off when we walked outside.
He didn't try to sell me on any extra equipment or services, which I appreciated, but did give me tips since it is an older system.

From the initial call on a Saturday morning at 8 am to the finished job on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm,, the entire experience was excellent. Initial contact with True Cool Heating & AC Repair technician was friendly, pleasant and informative. I had estimates for three options within an hour and our technician arrived at 12:30 with all the parts necessary for the job. He was polite, knowledgeable and neater than I thought possible for a job this inherently messy. Everything was beautifully installed and all the trash disappeared. I never thought we could get this troublesome a problem fixed so quickly on a weekend. I cannot recommend True Cool Heating & AC Repair too highly and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
