Eduardo arrived on time. He had his company logo apparel on. He was knowledgeable. He showed me the problem. He tried as best he could to rectify the problem. My central heating came on again!!! Hurray!!!
However, he indicated that it could be just a temporary fix and a more in-depth fix might be necessary.
I was very pleased with Eduardo, such a pleasant and helpful fellow.

Excellent Service from the first phone call to the completion of the service appointment. Every person I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Roland provided excellent service during the service call. All is well with the working AC unit!

As always, they were responsive and prompt to get someone out to look at our year old heater. Eduardo was great, time will tell if he was able to resolve our problem (heater blowing out cold air for a long time at the beginning of the heat cycle). We're keeping our fingers crossed.
