Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating

Vladimir arrived on time and professionally diagnosed the system to install Nest thermostat. He took all the necessary steps and checked out the whole Ac system. The job was well done and I recommend to use service genius for others. I also will use their services in future.

From the phone call with Xenia to make an appointment and then to the appointment itself with Technician Luis it all a great experience. She was so pleasant on the phone called on a Saturday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Luis showed up between the time was given very helpful explaining the situation and had our AC fixed my family is so happy to have it working just in time with this heat in the Valley. Thank you :)

I participated in a DWP program where a heating and AC inspection is done, filters are changed and Nest thermostats are installed to be sure the HVAC system is efficient and working properly.

I was very pleased with the technician, his explanation regarding use of the Nest and making recommendations for some changes to my system.

My neighbor apparently spoke to another Service Genius who was bringing some supplies to my house and by the end of the day, his house was being serviced for a Nest thermostat and inspection.

Vladimir arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly. All of his work was done efficiently and with little or no mess. I will definitely recommend Genius Air Conditioning based on Vladimir. Just as a side, my dog really liked him(makes him a good person)

Jessy O came to service our AC to get ready for the summer. We got this free service through the LADWP AC Optimization program. Jessy did a great job of explaining what he did and giving us tip for what we could do to improve our system. Would definitely recommend! Even without the free service their prices seem reasonable and I will seek them out again for all my AC needs

So happy...from Nate's informative chat with me on Tuesday, to only having to wait two days...to coming EARLY (!!), to Vladimir Martinez superb and kindly service-- I lucked out with the LADWP optimization program...got the service and a new NEST thermostat taken care of!!! I even met the president, William Monk, of the company who came by, just to make sure everything was okay. My first call and first recommendation from here on out. Made my summer....!

Eduardo is a caring gentleman who installed the LADWP thermostat, cleaned the condensate line, and examined my heating and air conditioning system. He fully explained all of my options to get everything to work properly. I appreciate his expertise and courtesy.

He explained everything in detail, from the type of service he would perform to all his findings and options available to us. He answered all my questions and even provided a thorough report with pictures.
