Service Genius Air Conditioning and Heating

I highly recommend Service Genius. I had them put the Nest thermostat through the LADWP program for free. Their coustmer service is wonderful. They send a text with the technician’s picture so you know who’s coming. When he’s on his way you can actually track him on the map to know when he gets to you. Eduardo the The technician that came house was very courteous and clean. He even wore socks booties when he came in to keep the floors clean. He was courteous and professional and knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend Service Genius to my friends and family.

Unbelievable to think that you contact a company for service and they actually do what they said they were gonna do!! Called Service Genius AC because I read that they could help me with the LADWP AC Optimization Program that would ultimately help me to get a Nest Thermostat for free. Sure enough, I called them, scheduled an appointment, technician shows up does a thorough inspection of my entire system and installed a brand new Nest Thermostat. The technician Raymond A. was extremely friendly and super informative. I highly recommend that you contact them regarding your AC issues.

Service Genius is participating in an LADWP program that gives you new NEST thermostats, inspects and cleans your HVAC system, all for FREE! We made the appointment and the company continually updated us on the appointment and the technician's arrival time- 5 stars for that alone! Eduardo was the technician and he was SUPERB! He was professional, polite and performed all the services. Afterward, he took his time explaining everything to us, showed us how to program the new thermostat on our smart phones, and answered every question. A real pro!

We are very happy with Service Genius from setting up appointment and with our service technician Ryan S. We availed the DWP Optimization program thru them and we are so glad we did! Our AC is now working better (it was struggling to cool up before). We also have the new Nest which is cool! We did not pay anything and they did all the paper works with LADWP. Very convenient. In my seventy nine years, I've had many many different types of repair people come to my house. Many Heating and air conditioning companies as well. My first time having a technician from Service Genius out to my house, I was concerned that I hadn't heard of the company. Once I got to know William, I knew that I made a good choice. I've had work done on nearly every appliance in my home over my 79 year and William was by far the most professional, well-mannered, well informed, and knowledgable about air conditioning and heating. In fact, he was one of the friendliest technicians I've ever met. Highly recommend this company to anyone! You won't be disappointed!
