Asaf came out and saved my air conditioning unit. He was able to fix it and keep me from having to buy a new one like that other guy said. It was an entirely good experience; Asaf was quick to call back, on time for the appt and I’m now working in comfort.

Assaf is a good guy and does great work. He fixed our old system twice last summer when it broke down. He just installed a whole new HVAC system with a new filter and everything is working great so far, and he’s generous enough to throw in a few better vents for free. Highly recommend

We wanted to replace original 1972 thermostat in our new condo with Google Nest when we found out the HVAC system is missing a C wire for it because it’s soo old.

At first we contacted the other company who’s technician told us that we don’t have AC at all and have to fully replace hvac in order to make Google Nest work.

Asaf was recommended to us by our neighbor to whom he helped to replace their hvac system. He came to us the same evening, gave us consultation and explained to us all our options - replace hvac or just add an extra wire. Also, he was able to temporarily reconfigure Google Nest to make AC work while we were waiting for more permanent solution by his team.

His team came the next day and within a few hours we had fully configured and working Google Nest Thermostat.

Overall, I’m satisfied with quality of their work and time manner.

Asaf and team were great. They were on time, cleaned up when done every day, with very good quality of work.

ASAF is very unprofessional. He does poor work and then refuses to take responsibility. He never checked the connection of the condensate line, but claimed that the job was done and demanded payment in full. When the home owner turned on the air conditioning, the condensate leaked in the wall and ruined the ceiling below. Then after making the mess, he had the nerve to charge for his time to cut open the wall and find the incomplete pipe. We highly caution everyone to avoid this rude and incompetent guy.

This company does not provide an adequate standard of care for new construction jobs. Asaf did incomplete work on a new condo by not connecting and testing his condensate line AT FINAL INSPECTION (not just at rough-in!) Then, after the ceiling leaked on the homeowner, he tried to charge extra to fix his unchecked install. Also, if you look at the only two 5-star reviews, they are both from the owner himself! The photo for A Iny is California Cool's own company van!!

Very Unprofessional. His incompetence caused damage to a new home, which could've been 100% avoided. DO NOT HIRE.
