Yantzer Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning

Our family used Yantzer for years and they were professional and provided good service. Unfortunately, last year they came out when our AC was broken and incorrectly diagnosed the problem as a vent issue; they came out a second time and realized there was a small leak and our system was out of refrigerant. They charged 6x the retail price of refrigerant (!), and we had a dispute over paying for their incorrect first diagnosis. When we had an issue two weeks ago, they forced us to pay for their incorrect diagnosis from last year before they would come out to inspect. We reluctantly paid it as they had experience with our system, and Mike said via text he was coming on four different occasions to inspect, flaked on all four, and then stopped responding. His assistant is also extremely rude. Based on our experiences, we find them to be duplicitous and very expensive. Avoid.

The Yantzer Brothers have installed and maintained my HVAC for 36 years and we have only needed to change the core of the unit once after 31 years with the initial unit. That to me is quality equipment, installation and maintenance.

Yantzer installed our ac/heat 24 years ago and we have been using them for maintenance ever since! We have never had a problem with this company. They have always been reliable!

Great experience. The guys worked their butts off installing 2 new HVAC SYSTEMS. Great follow through and ideas along the way. Some obstacles during install but they worked them out.

Our HVAC and new ducts work great and are well engineered and now very quiet and much more efficient.

We have maintenance done twice a year and it is always thorough and professionally done. If there is a problem we are told what it is and how much it will cost to have it fixed.
The office is very easy to work with and very accommodating.
