I'm so glad I found Fleetwell Heating and Air. The service was truly excellent, and the price was even better. I called them to get an estimate on replacing my heater, and they were able to come out the same day. While replacing a heater is never cheap they definitely had the best prices out there. I decided to move forward with them and they were able to help me out that same week. Their team was very knowledgeable and gave me a ton of information about my new unit. I would definitely recommend Fleetwell to anyone who needs help with their heater or air conditioning unit. It was a 10/10 for me.

The price for the work and the new unit were both highly affordable. This company was great! They're not just affordable; they're also helpful, fast, and skilled at what they do. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, too. They worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly before leaving my home. So far the heater has been working perfectly and has actually saved us a ton on energy costs.

We have a small Dinner in the Valley and wanted to switch to a tankless electric water heater. We have been shopping around but when my husband talked to the team at Fleetwell, he felt very comfortable with them. Long story short, they came in and changed everything up, the work they did was professional and clean. We liked them so much, they are going to be installing a similar unit in our home as well. Interesting timeline - we initially (several months ago) had Fleetwell folks out to inspect our existing heating system, and they gave us a clean bill of health. We asked for someone to give us an estimate to install AC then, but no one ever got back to us. Last week we got a call offering a return inspection, so I called back and mentioned that we really wanted an AC estimate. This time they were out the next day. We went thru all the issues and signed up to do the upgrade on Thursday, and they were ready to go the next Monday. The installers tried several options in terms of placement, and ultimately found a spot I hadn't considered, but it worked out well. The install went smoothly - they had to get the condenser delivered the next day, so it was two days, but they were done by 11 am the second day. All work was clean, and the AC seems to work fine, although it's cold enough that it's not a serious test yet. One minor quibble - the estimator told us that each install came with a Nest thermostat. But the installers hadn't been told and didn't have one with them, so they made a note to let the office know and said someone would get back to us. We'll see how fast that goes, and if they do get on the case, I'll probably add that last star. Overall, I'd use 'em again, but I don't expect to ever do another AC installation. We'll probably pay 'em to do the inspections they pitched to start this whole adventure off.

Fleetwell was easy to work with. We got a new furnace and AC system that both look great. Walter and Wilfredo did a great job with the install. Alex and Ron from the office made sure things went smoothly. Would use them again.

I was having issues with my heater. Fleetwell was my first and last call. They came right out and identified my issues. The entire repair was finished in under two hours. I couldn't have asked for better service. This team was professional and the pricing was fantastic. I will definitely use Fleetweel again in the future. They are very professional and provide excellent quality work.

The maintenance tech for me was very pro. He was super str8 to rhe point, and it was a no nonsense situation. Idk if this is common practice with repair guys but he had a really positive attitude. For sure a winner of a co. Reco’d
