As a West Sacramento resident for the past 17 years, UBS Mechanical has never let us down. Since our summers can get scorching hot, and our winters extremely cold, my family relies on UBS to keep our HVAC equipment running optimally. Every year they perform a thorough inspection of the air ducts and equipment, replace all filters, and they even updated our old thermostats to 'smart' thermostats -- which helps the environment and saves us money!
