The repairman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the burner and replaced parts needed. It works great.

The technician diagnosed that it was my AC unit’s capacitor that went bad and I was grateful it wasn't more than that! The technician was super nice and friendly.. Absolutely recommended!

Really disappointing, given that this place has flawless reviews. The pilot light in the apartment's heating unit wasn't staying on. As the cold was approaching quickly, I called this place and was lucky to get an appointment the next morning. Seems like the company you call is merely a dispatch for third parties around LA.

The guys showed up way late -- whatever, fine, I just want my heating fixed. They were able to get it working, though it seemed like heating units weren't their forte. I told them what the gas company said, that it was probably a thermocouple, but I don't think they even looked at that. I didn't sense a lot of confidence. After a while, they got it on and it seemed to be working, turning on and off fine. Hurray! And then two days later, the pilot was out and was not relighting.

I called the guys back and took my two days to get ahold of anyone. Explained that the heater stopped working again. The guy said he'd get back to me with an appointment time, probably would be later in the week. Never heard from him. Called and texted MULTIPLE times throughout the week and then called W H HVAC directly to reiterate the issue, and they said they'd have the guys contact me. Of course they didn't. I gave up, as I'd been almost a week without heat during a very cold LA snap, and had to find someone new. Waste of $160. Don't waste yours on these guys.

Great service. The two technicians from W H HVAC removed two old units and installed new ones. They did a professional and pedantic job. They left everything clean at the end of work. Highly recommended.
