We had 2 Mitsubishi mini splits installed in each bedroom on the second floor and the crew from Esteem AC Repair were excellent. It started with the lady who called to respond to my email, the lady that helped facilitate my financing and the crew of four who came and did the installation in 2 days. I had a service call with Esteem AC Repair tech today. He was prompt and very helpful. Walked me through the working components of my air handlers and showed me what was being replaced. Even helped with suggestion on my boiler. Esteem AC Repair has always taken ownership for the work they have done on my property. I highly recommend.

The vendor came to our house ready to work and fully protected mask etc. Very professional. He explained what would be required for the repairs and the cost was provided prior to completion of work. After completing he clearly explained what he did, tested the thermostat with me watching to ensure all was working. Would definitely recommend. Our heat went out about 3 weeks ago and we've had a slew of issues, from a leak and needing a new converter to needing a new defrost motherboard. This company has come back to our house on 3 separate occasions to fix all of the rare issues our heater faced. They made the process very easy, handling all things with the heater manufacturer. Covid regulations are above and beyond with conversation occurring via phone rather than in person. Highly recommend!
