My mother referred Comfort Now to me after getting great service from Comfort Now. Daniel came out today to conduct a check of my 2 units. Daniel did a great job and a excellent job of explaining my units needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his profession. Thanks for a job well done and I will be referring Comfort Now to family and friends.

had my roof replaced. they had to disconnect the heating ventilation to install. was concerned about the re-attachment and possible debris in furnace. The technician, who's name was Daniel, was on time, polite, and very courteous. I expressed my concerns and he understood completely. He was very knowledgeable and did in fact find debris in the furnace motor. I was and am completely satisfied. Would recommend this company to anyone

I don’t normally leave any reviews for any company however The quality of service I received I feel like it’s the least I can do! Truly 5 stars all across! I called them because my AC wasn’t working during this hot day. And they answered my call immediately. Because it was late hours, they weren’t sure if they had a tech available for the day(or even the weekend) due to Monday being a holiday. They asked if they can call me back to see if there was a tech available. They called me back after 5mins to let me know that a tech will be on his way today (same day). The communication, and follow up is outstanding! My tech, James was very professional and very friendly. He communicated very thoroughly about what he’s doing. And I can tell that he takes a lot of pride on his quality of work. I’m very satisfied with the service that James and this company have provided. My wife, newborn son, and I are very grateful for James and this company. I highly recommend!!!

I inherited Comfort Now after the tragic circumstances of my previous HVAC/Cooler company Zone-Air. Comfort Now picked up the ball promptly and has provided two years of excellent, professional services to my aging HVAC unit as well as a new Breezeair evap cooler installed by Zone-Air.
Daniel Bladgett of Comfort Now has serviced both of my units several times and I applaud him and the company for their skill, their knowledge of the equipment and their honesty. As with many service professions, it would have been very easy for a technician to up-sell required services and equipment. Daniel used photos and verbal descriptions to tell what was going on with my units and what would keep them functional. He gave me several options and actually recommended the least involved and least expensive to keep my units working properly through the upcoming season.
I would recommend Comfort Now will gladly have them and Daniel continue to take care of these units for me. If time comes for any replacement, I will definitely call Comfort Now.

I chose Comfort Now for my A/C service because of the excellent ratings and reviews it had online, and they did not disappoint.

Jason came out to service my A/C unit this morning and was extremely thorough and noted every possible thing that was going on with the unit, both good and bad.

I have an older unit, and due to its age, I want to make sure I'm properly caring for it as well as having an awareness of potential upcoming repairs and expenses associated with the unit. No one wants to be stuck in 100+ degree weather without A/C!

I went ahead and chose to enroll in Comfort Now's membership program, which means I pay a low monthly price for them to come out and service my unit twice a year. This membership also allows me to have a cheaper price on any needed repairs. As I stated previously, due to the age of my unit, I felt moving forward with this plan was prudent. My service appointment for my heater is already scheduled for next fall.

Jason, my service technician, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, very friendly, and even gave my overly excited, hyper puppy lots of pets while we were discussing upcoming repairs and going over the paperwork.

I've had a not-so-great experience with another (supposedly highly rated) A/C repair company in the past, who were clearly only interested in up-selling me. My experience with Comfort Now was the complete opposite in the best of ways.

I highly recommend this company!

I have yet to experience the install itself, but upon arrival, Patrick was really professional and quick to get on the roof and diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures and explained in detail the issues with my HVAC. He gave me a timeline on when to expect parts and for him to come out again to repair compressor and it is a few days, but I was willing to wait. He left and I didn't expect to see or hear from him until Monday. Few minutes later, there was a knock on my door and he came with a portable ac to use for the meantime and let me know repair date was moved up to Saturday :) I will be uncomfortable for only two more days! He also didn't make me feel bad for making the decision to finance and assured me that it's normal and typical for people to finance bigger jobs. Made me feel human. Thank you

Tommy did a great job! He was actually early but called to make sure that was ok. He was very through and explained what he was doing. He took photos and explained what everything meant. He emailed the report before he left. Will definitely use Comfort now when we need repairs.
